    @Kerreh - Most commonly if a claim is on hold it would be due to a validation period needing to pass before it can be submitted in the next batch to the retailer's affiliate network. If you would like us to check on this for you please reach out to us at mse@topcashback.co.uk.

    Not happy. Bought a vacuum cleaner with 10% cashback from Argos which tracked but now been declined.

    Did not use any voucher codes etc. And have collected the item so absolutely no reason to be declined. I could have bought elsewhere and got a discount so it is annoying.

    @POPPYOSCAR - If we have been declined for cashback it would be due to the affiliate network seeing a break in the terms of the offer. If you could please lodge a declined missing cashback claim and our team will go through the process to bring a resolution to this for you which on average we see within 12 weeks

    What does a break in the terms of the offer mean? I have a screenshot of the offer page and I can see no reason i.e.no voucher codes used etc.

    I have submitted a claim.

    @POPPYOSCAR - This could be varying reasons such as we are not being seen as the last referrer or if a voucher code was used with the purchase for example. If you have lodged a declined missing cashback claim our team will be on the case to dispute the decline and to receive a resolution from the affiliate networks review which on average we see within 12 weeks so they can post this to your claim.  Please bear with our team and they will update your claim the moment they have a resolution for the claim for you.

  • Why does topcashback always over complicate things e.g.

    ”special rate on TCB”
    Then tracks at normal rate
    So query cashback 
    TCB updates incorrect amount to “payable” and suggests to close query

    it was a promo rate, purchase tracked ok...where is the problem...obviously TCB at their end, they advertised the enhanced rate, I always take screen grabs and I’d assume even with their cr@ppy systems they can see they advertised it, so why, when it’s a problem of THEIR making do they have to refer to the retailer or any other party, when the purchase tracked...I just don’t get it 🤪
    No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere

    @mamabuddah - Offers are updated regularly and when we do have a special rate we do advise that sometimes it can take until the cashback is at confirmed status for the cashback being corrected to the rate at the time of purchase. We do have teams that look into the wider tracking of offers and they do investigate any potential issues before resolving these with affiliate networks if needed. If you see a message on the claim linking a lower amount of cashback, this would be from the affiliate network and our team will be on the case to investigate this for you to bring a resolution to the claim.

    Hey all, I hope this is in the right section. 

    Last year viewing Topcashhback app, I saw a promotion that said take out a new car insurance policy and get up to £50. New policy pays £50.

    So I took on a new car insurance through GoCompare. After waiting few months like 4 months or so, they paid £36. I have message Topcashhback again and they told me to wait and payment issues is with the provider GoCompare.

    Now my insurance will finish next month, and still nothing has been done about this. It annoyed me I didn't take a screenshot of the £50 promotion.

    Is there anything I can do? The GoCompare cashback is £36 and already on payout. I haven't cashed out anything because of this wrong cashback.


    What can I do please.
