gininteacups said:Hi all,
I was just wondering:
After clicking through from TopCashback to order with Morrisons, a few days later I needed to add extra items to the delivery so, without thinking, I headed direct to Morrisons and made the changes but should I have re-clicked from TCb again to obtain their reward (or do Morrisons 'know' where I came from the first time and so increase the cashback value without fuss)?
There's so much to remember with money saving and I may have lacked here, lol!I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Hey Everyone
Hope you are all having a feel-good Friday
@gininteacups - While unfortunately we may not be paid for the increased spend due to the extra products, the change shouldn't impact the cashback that you have tracking in a negative way. If it does though, please do lodge a claim and we'll do our very best to contest that decision for you.
Best wishes

Hi all
Can anyone tell me why almost half of my payable cashback is ineligible for transfer to the reward wallet?
I was about to transfer it all to the reward wallet to get my children some new school shoes from Clarks, but it hardly seems worth it as the bonus didn't amount to much since Booking.com and Hotels.com cashback will not be transferred.
Thank you.0 -

@rownie23 - We do mention on the offer information if offers have any payout restrictions and this is necessary to get our members very best offers

Hi,
I have a missing claim in for a Jet2 holiday.. you have asked for additional info, asking for 'check-out date', but do mean the date I check out of the hotel on the holiday? or the date I checked out of the basket when I purchased the holiday?
Thanks0 -
Hey Everyone
Hope you are having a majestic Monday
@MidlandsGlory - The check out date needed would be the date that you completed the stay with the hotel or completed the travel.
Best wishes

Hi,
I want to purchase something that has £110 cashback. I clicked via the topcashback site and was going through the purchase when the selling website hung at the point where it was to take payment details.
I want to try again but how can I ensure the topcashback w9ill track this new purchase and not the failed one?0 -
I would make sure the basket on the site has been emptied and then go back to Topcashback and start the process again.
Clearing the cookies for the purchase site may also be worth doing.1 -
As above make sure the retailer basket is empty.
Clear TCB and the retailer website cookies, this will log you out of both.
Log in to TCB.
Using a browser, click "get cashback" the retailer website should open in a new window, go back to the TCB window and make sure the "We've recorded your visit to XXXX" pop-up has appeared.
TCB will then be tracking the current session.1 -
Pmd the team to move to the ongoing TCB thread on the shop but don’t drop board as it’s currently posted on the freebiesI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
