Yet again they have turned down my claim, this time when I bought a Go.Compare Car Insurance policy despite me following the rules having been turned down on a previous high value purchase.
Strange how all my other cash backs are successful where the payout is in pennies but when it is over £30 there is always a problem.
I'm now suspecting the insurance company are the shysters, rolling out the same the same old excuse "retailer and their chosen network agency not identifying TopCashback as the last referrer to this purchase".
My premium was only £160 in this instance, not surprising they don't want to pay £30 odd back.
Don't base your buying decision on the promised cash back, they will find an excuse not to pay you if your premium is low.

Hey Everyone
I hope you are all having a tremendous Thursday
@ZZ_von_Schnerk - We do see members make a few more searches for the best deal before visiting our site to click through and make a purchase which can leave cookies on the web browser that can hop in front of our information from being tracked when a purchase is made.
To help with cashback tracking we would advise to try disabling any adblockers, cookie blockers and pop up blockers as well as close all web tabs and apps. Please then clear cookies and cache for every visit to our site or app. If you are asked to accept cookies on a retailers site please click to accept all as this can help.
Best wishes

use Quidco as never had any issues with them and they do not use the same excuses that TCB use to get out of paying out.-1 -
Hey Everyone
I hope you are all having a mystical Monday
@rich_shot2003 -We do pass on all of the funds we receive from retailers for purchases made back to members as cashback offers. If we are being declined for cashback we do provide the reasons we have been given and have a missing cashback claims process with affiliate networks for retailers to dispute for resolutions to give these to members.
If you are having any issues please drop us an email at mse@topcashback.co.uk and we can take a closer look to help
Best wishes

I wonder whether anyone has experienced Login problem with TCB recently? I am 100% sure I entered the correct PW and UN, I have been trying since last week still did not work. I have tried with Rest option for the Password reset link to be sent to my email. I have been witing more more than 45 m, still not email received from TCB.
I still have cashback due to be paid, so can not create a new account using another email.
They have support form and I will be completing that. But in the meanwhile, does anyone encounter the same problem and have solution how to sort it out ??thx
