Bought an Iceland gift card with Topgiftcards recently.

Went to use it today and the cashier said we have been told not to accept these. I insisted she take it so she called over someone else now a huge queue was building up behind me. She tried to enter it and ended up calling the manager. They took it in the end but never again it was embarrasing to say the least!!

    Hey Everyone

Hope you are all having a great Monday

@POPPYOSCAR We would advise to contact the card provider's team via the contact form or email on their website and they should be able to take a closer look into this for you.

    Best wishes

  • My transaction for Iberostar has been stuck at Confirmed status for about a year now!
I chased this up with TCB customer service but was told there's nothing they can do.
The most recent reviews for this merchant on TCB gives me little hope of them paying up.
Please can you look into this for me?

    Thanks

    Hey Everyone

Hope you are all having a waterproof Wednesday

@Leanmean - we would need to be passed the funds from the retailer via their affiliate network to be able to pass these to you to get cashback to payable and if you would like us to check on the progress please drop us an email at mse@topcashback.co.uk

Not sure if I’m in the correct category?
Any way, was tipped off that there was a maximum £175 cashback deal to be had by signing up for the full works with AA Breakdown. My previous provider was just coming up for renewal at around £80 so instead I thought I’d taken the full whistles and bells package with the AA costing around £260, which attracted the full cashback of £175, net outlay just about the same as existing plan. That was on 4 July and yet to see the cashback although shown to be ‘pending’ but with an expected settlement of 27 weeks! That’ll be 9 January. TopCashback claim the payout is down to receiving commission from the AA and would chase up. The payout has not been declined, it’s just getting it physically paid out.
Has anyone else experienced such delays?

    Hey Everyone

Hope you are all having a great taco Tuesday

@baser999 - We do see with insurance purchases that most providers have validation periods to be sure a policy is kept before confirmation is passed to us via the affiliate network they use. We do provide estimated timeframes for members on our desktop earnings page. Our team will be on the case to get progress to members accounts and will update this on your earnings page the moment they know more.

Can you still earn cashback from TCB if you get cashback from Lloyds Everyday Offers?

    Hey Everyone

Hope you are all having a fun Friday

@Sully1311 -  As cashback is commission, ultimately the final decision on if the retailer wants to pay both is by them and their affiliate network. However, we do cover in our own terms that using additional offers can lead to cashback being declined.

    Hello :)

I've read the FAQS on TCB site but this one isn't listed.
I purchased car insurance on 20/10/22 with a USwitch offer of £40 cashback (Uswitch - Compare Car Insurance offer)
It didn't track from an earnings perspective (but is in my 'clicks to merchants' list)
I raised a Missing cashback ticket and it was put on ice until +7 days (no issue there, I was eager in creating it).
It's been in Ready to Submit status since 27/10 but since Monday 21/11 it's been 'On Hold' yet I've sent no messages about the claim (only nudges which guidance says won't hold up the claim).

Is it on hold as it's about to be submitted to the retailer? Or should I raise a support ticket to query this?
Aim:12mth Emergency Fund -> £14264/£17076 (83%) Aim 2: Mortgage Overpayment -> Paused until other aim fulfilled.
