@POPPYOSCAR - If we have been declined due to a voucher code being used it can also mean a promotion with the retailer that was not eligible alongside cashback. If you could please drop us an email at mse@topcashback.co.uk and we can take a closer look to see what more we can do to dispute.

Sorry to bother you again! The transactions moved to paid about a week ago (3 seperate ebay's) but the bonus still says pending. Do I need to do anything besides being patient (not my forte!)

I've got a claim for an order of two rings that I bought from Ernest Jones (our wedding rings) November 30th last year - there was a special 10% cashback running for Black Friday so it was a no-brainer. Unfortunately the cash back never cleared despite me following the 'rules' of the cash back appropriately (only on full price items, which it was, only on website items, which it was) and I've been trying to get it sorted since February. I’ve currently got 3 claims not tracked or not being “payable” after months.
I keep getting the same response about clearing search history etc (I do this every time).
I’ve now been told that because I’m using an Apple device to do the transaction it may not track!
About 80 percent of my claims on Topcashback I have to chase up.
Is anyone else having such a bad experience with this website just because they’re using an Apple device?0 -

We have seen in the past that updates to web browsers may have had issues with tracking so if you are using a specific web browser and are having issues it may be worth trying a different web browser to see if this changes the experience with tracking.

@rich_shot2003 - We provide advice to members that we receive from affiliate networks and from what we see with large amounts of members daily to help give the best experience with cashback tracking. With some web browsers updating it can input changes that can potentially hinder tracking which is why we do advise members who are having regular issues to try a different separate web browser just for cashback along with clearing all web browser data before every visit to our site to see if the experience is improved as it can suggest something on the previous browser hindering cashback tracking.
We pass all of the commission we receive from retailers via their affiliate network back to members as cashback offers and we are as transparent as possible on site to members. @TopCashBack_Company_Representative Good morning, i have a question, i took out car insurance in May with Swinton, it tracked pending for a while (As they do) then magically got declined. When i went into the Missing cashback forum it says No available click found, more than 100 days or i have already lodged a claim for this. So i have done none of these, so they wait 100 days and then declined and there is nothing I can do? I still have car insurance with them and never changes anything.

Have you changed your system for cashback on tcb gift card purchases?
It used to track and be payable almost immediately but the one I bought yesterday did not track until today and shows as pending.
