I changed from Together energy to Scottish Power and I was promised £155 cash back. When the cashback tracked it was only £80. Its like history repeating itself. When I changed to together energy I was promised £50 but only got £25 (After naming and shaming topcashback on social media). I'm sure topcashback don't like me. What I have I done to topcashback? They are also late at paying me tesco mobile cash. I'm sure topcashback is Manchester based its the only possible explanation. Martin Lewis if your reading this please help me this site don't like scousers its well known around Liverpool. They think they can pay scousers half the cash because they think we can only afford legal aid and not got the cash to take them to court. Its discrimination and I intend to take it further maybe a bit of tv coverage will help.

Any journalists that wishes to make a programme about the dark secrets of topcashback please message me and look at previous posts for more info. 

This post is 100 per cent genuine and I have screen shots to back up my comments (Maybe not the Manchester one that was a joke but I do feel victimised). If you look back at previous posts  you will see my battle to win half the money I was promised(from together energy). Anyway I have 2 new battles. Battle 1 get topcashback to give £155 i was promised and not half the amount (Scottish power). Battle 2 get £120 i was promised from tesco mobile. They said 18 weeks its been 20 weeks and still no cash this is with tesco mobile.  

Its very hard work to get cash from topcashback and it effects your mental health. So be aware of this when using the site(Been in hospital suffered a nervous breakdown). .They also have no email you can get them on. You write a ticket and they take 2 months to reply. Sometimes they don't reply. Its border line criminal. But don't worry I intend to get this on the tv and anyone whos been through this before please contact me via private message. Up to now 2000 people have contacted me through various social media platforms and i intend that number to at least treble. The more people that come forward the more chance this has of making the TV

Hi, I took out a car insurance policy via topcashback compare on 24th April due to start on the 11th May.

Nothing has shown on my TCB account, when does the cashback get posted to the account? is it after purchase or after the policy comes into effect?  do I need to raise a ticket?

PS the giftcard system is brilliant! as I am getting payable cashback instantly and many retailers accept giftcard codes as part payment online its a no brainer to get an instant giftcard first and assured cashback.

If you see no progress after this time please lodge a missing cashback claim on your account and our team can take a closer look to try and get cashback for you.

Morethan home insurance cashback.
I have raised a ticket for this, but am hoping by posting here that I may get a speedier resolution and to also make other users aware, just in case they make the same mistake as me.
I've just taken out Morethan home insurance, which actually doesn't start for a couple of weeks.
Like an idiot, I then read  the terms of the cashback on the Topcashback site ( should have done this beforehand ) and it states that cashback is not payable to previous Morethan customers. No mention of what type of insurance, car, home etc. just previous customers. I'm not sure if this is something new, but seems unreasonable to expect anyone to remember if they've ever had Morethan insurance in the past....I did 5 years ago!
Anyway, I just thought I'd have a look at Topcashbacks main rival to see their terms and conditions for Morethan home insurance.
What will stop me getting cashback - answer - If you have been previously a customer of Morethan home insurance within the last 12 months.
So nice and clear there. I need this resolved quickly as I still have time to cancel my insurance and go elsewhere. In the meantime users beware, check the terms & conditions beforehand as I should have done.

I will raise this with our team to see what we can do to make things more clear for future offers and I would advise that when we do mention about previous customers not being eligible this is at the discretion of the retailer/provider and some may have different timeframes or not allow any previous customers at all to participate in cashback offers.
