@davideo1981- I have checked the terms and we do mention that purchases would need to be made solely online and we advise that any changes to the order could affect the cashback as we may not be seen as the referrer to your purchase, especially as you have mentioned the original order was cancelled over the phone to order a different product.
If you do see a decline for the cashback on your account please lodge a missing cashback claim but please know that it is likelt we would be declined for this purchase as the original order is no longer active.

I have been unable to access my account for months. An error comes up as soon as I request a validation email. Sending a blank email as advised on your FAQs has had no effect. Please help. My top cash back email address is sallymlea@aol.com. Thanks in anticipation Sally Lea0

I ordered an electronic gift card from TopGiftcards through topcashback site yesterday. It tracked immediately but I got no email confirmation from TopGiftcards so can't get my card? I have ordered many times before and always get the email immediately0

My daughter also ordered an e-gift card from TopGiftcards through the Topcashback site yesterday. It also tracked immediately and she did get the email confirmation from TopGiftcards and the email containing the details of how to get the e-gift card (a 'click through') BUT on 'clicking through' she was presented with a black screen stating 'Failed. Processing your gift code failed. Please contact your gift card provider'. She emailed hello@giftcloud.com with the details and they have replied back to say they are investigating. I don't think she has contacted Topcashback directly yet.
