@greenery and @apga- We would advise to reach out to the service provider via the email address shown on their FAQ page on their site as we can only look into cashback offers and not product purchases. The service provider's support team should be able to take a closer look and assist with any issues.

I notice on the cashback sites including Topcashback that i am suddenly having problems by having to submit tickets and claims for missing or declined cashback amounts. I have some sympathy with House of Fraser, Debenhams and Halfords not wanting to pay cashback because of the struggles with the pandemic however, should they be on cashback sites offering cashback if not prepared to pay up.
The big guns like Ebay and Amazon are still paying out am i alone in this or has anyone else noticed?Enjoy everyday like it's your last!0 -

I have a question about the "bonus" offers. It was my understanding that these offers should track alongside the actual purchases that were made in order to qualify for them, however I have two bonuses that have reached confirmed while the purchases themselves have reached payable. £2.50 from 23rd September, and £2.00 from 19th August. Should the bonuses not automatically become payable once the related cashback is payable?0 -

I am trying to work out if my expectations of Topcashback are unreasonable. I made 2 separate purchases 1st and 27th January from Mobile phones Direct that should have generated £45 + £50 cashbacks. I submitted missing cashback claims to be told on the 4th February, the merchant has expired. Apparently, this is because the retailer has changed their internal tracking company as of 1st February and any unpaid commissions prior are voided.
Considering Topcashback were promoting this merchant with "exclusive" (to me implying increased/ some sort of mutual relationship) deals / same interface for at least 8 weeks and counting, surely Topcashback have some responsibility especially for the second purchase I have made.
Mobile Phones Direct must have known they would not pay out despite increased cashback and essentially clickbait. Even today there are identical Topcashback promotions with an alleged 99.71% tracking accuracy which I struggle to believe can be up to date. I would have thought Topcashback would have removed Mobile Phones Direct from its website as surely this scenario could occur again without any notice. There must be massive amount of money that has not been fairly paid out.

@cagsd - If you could please reach out to us at mse@topcashback.co.uk we can take a closer look at why the system has not moved your bonuses when your transactions are payable and to get these to payable for you if eligible.
@boltonsam- I have taken a look and I can see that you have emailed us which we will reply to as soon as possible. I have asked our team for a little more information to see what we can do to help get your claims reviewed and resolved. We do mention on all offers that we are unable to guarantee cashback offers and this can be due to being declined for cashback even when a retailer moves network although we will always pursue both the new and previous network to try and get progress for members. The stats we show on site are accurate at the time of posting and are based on previous transaction data. We do review these regularly and do update the stats when we have more data.
