    It's been resolved thanks, the money was returned to my account and i've taken the rest as PayPal. This is a shame as I miss out on the bonus top up and convenience of having an e gift card. 

    While I'm happy it's resolved each time I have been dissapointed no investigations have been done to see why they've been going wrong. 

    So not going to do an M&S payout again, two consecutive attempts didn't work and had another issue in the past as well.

  • I've just noticed this thread, hopefully I can get an answer.
    I joined talktalk broadband through your (tcb) specific offer (no free months, just a flat £21 a month). It hasn't tracked, is there any reason for this, it was your offer as it had a topcashback logo alongside the talktalk logo during signup.

    I am just concerned as I sacrificed the three free months offer in favour of this tcb cashback offer as it worked out slightly better value in the long run. I have put a claim in but it is "on ice" for 30 days.

    I hope that you are enjoying your week. 

    savefortherain There can be various reasons why a transaction may not track, such as browser cookies interfering, opening new tabs or going off the page before completing the purchase, completing the purchase through the phone instead of fully online etc. The claims team will work on your claim to help to get the transaction onto your account. The On Ice period is a wait period imposed by the retailer. We cannot submit a claim before this as it would come back declined. Once it is off ice, the claims team will submit it for you and will post messages on your claim once they have any updates.

    If it has been less than seven days since the purchase date, there is still a chance this will track naturally.

    How long does it take for transactions to track for Car insurance?
    My other half  did one in October through Comparethemarket which has tracked but at £1
    I did one 21.12.20 through quotezone which has not tracked yet.
  • I have been trying get a payout into my wallet but need to get email sent to be abke to activate it as I had changed from an old email. 
    I've been tryi g this for a few weeks now but just get an error page saying it is down for maintenance.  Anything I can do as I seem to be stuck in a loop?

    @POPPYOSCAR cashback offers would track within seven days from the purchase date unless it is a TopCashback compare transaction as this can take up to 60 days to track to accounts as it's tracking is slightly different. If you see nothing tracking after these time frames please lodge a missing cashback claim and our team can take a closer look.  Your other half's transaction should show at the correct rate of cashback when at confirmed status but if the status changes and they see no change in the amount please advise them to lodge a claim so our team can look into this further.  


    @Proofread100 If you are having issues confirming a detail change via your older email address please reach out via a support ticket or if you have issues when trying to submit this please reach out to us at mse@topcashback.co.uk and we can take a closer look to help.

    To the TCB rep

    Please can you assist in a surreal, illogical world that I have entered with respect to a manual claim I've had to make regarding cashback from moneygram UK a year ago
    It did track at zero, but never uprated . I made a manual claim, which has been denied, despite my giving every detail of the transaction
    TCB keep asking for alternative order numbers, which I cannot conjure up.
    I'm a very experienced, long term user of TCB and so know all about how to ensure tracking, etc and so this episode does not make any sense to me.
    I have asked for TCB to pay out under the fair play policy, but they won't, which leaves me perplexed as if this isn't covered, it's hard to know what instance would be covered!
    The user reviews of moneygram are very poor, with the majority complaining of non payout.
    I have asked TCB to either pay the cashback, or to remove the merchant due to its proven history of not wanting to payout (ie scamming) customers.

    It has done neither. I cannot understand the position TCB has chosen in this matter and would urge you to look into it , raise it with senior directors and resolve it so that fair play is seen to be done
