Stop fobbing davideo1981 off all the time as waiting for almost a year is not on.
i do not know the guy but with each post he puts trying to get hold off his cashback i am feeling more sorry for him.
so do the right thing and stop holding onto his money and just pay him and make his Christmas better for him.1 -

@rich_shot2003 I do understand that due to cashback taking longer than expected would cause frustration and I can assure you that we are doing everything possible to resolve issues when they arise. As each members cashback is individual sometimes it can be more complex to get resolutions but we will not stop until we have a resolution for a member.

Any idea why the Boots exclusive offer of 4.25% advertised on 1st December wouldn’t track at that amount?No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0

@davideo1981 - Just to be clear that we did resolve this after a case review as we do have systems in place which can include goodwill on a case by case basis.
@pdx123 and @mamabuddah I would advise to allow these transactions to get to confirmed status and if the amount is still incorrect to please then lodge a claim as I can see that these transactions have not uplifted to the correct amount. I will raise this with the team also so it should be correct by the time the cashback is confirmed

Is there a persistent problem with M&S e giftcard payouts?
I had one a couple of years ago (correct on pdf, balance checker showed zero), one in July (same) and now when I've tried again (correct on pdf, balance checker shows £7 odd less).
I've had several that were correct but these mistakes just keep happening.
Thankfully after being embarrassed in store twice I always check the balance online before shopping, hence me seeing this latest issue.
I've opened a support ticket to get the latest issue sorted, hoping for third time lucky on this M&S payment!
