Hi Phil it's David I've complained on here before. Been waiting since April for my money yet I,'ve not received it. It's nearly December half an year !!!!!!. I'm really skint can I have the money before christmas so I can have some turkey it's been 6 months now. All i have is tins of beans in my cupboards and I have to go to food banks for Christmas. Please can I have the £60 before Christmas so I can buy some turkey. Thanks David on benefits. Btw my claim is with together energy

Hello, how do I chase up an item that hasn't progressed to payable, if the retailer is no longer listed on your site? I have been expecting £8.50 from Nielsen Computer Panel from July - it progressed to Confirmed sometime around August, but hasn't reached payable. I am unable to submit a support ticket, because Nielsen are not listed any more on your site.0

I took a broadband contract in January 2020 as a new customer.
TCB tracked that purchase using the name of the TV side of that merchant, labelling it as "faster paying".
I asked TCB in April 2020 regarding the cashback because it was due, being "faster paying", but was told that the merchant only used the TV name against that transaction for its own reasons, the broadband side needed 6 months validation.
I therefore left it until August 2020, well after the 6 months validation period, before asking TCB why the transaction was still showing as pending rather than being progressed to confirmed, etc.
I was told on 10 August: "We are just waiting on update from the retailer and their network, we can't advise on when this will progress".
When I next logged into TCB on 7 September, I was surprised to find the transaction status had been changed to "declined by the retailer", without any reason from the retailer.
Also, despite the fact that I had been asking TCB regarding this cashback on several occasions from April 2020 up to August 2020, TCB did not email to inform me that the retailer had declined the cashback.
I tried to enter a cashback claim, but the system would not allow any claim to be submitted, with a message that included a possible reason "Was your click more than 100 days ago?"
Can you please let me know when the merchant declined the cashback and what reason the merchant gave, and advise me as to how to submit a claim for this cashback?

What is a reasonable timescale for chasing the merchant up?I did a "nudge" in my TCB account, but the TCB advice is that any nudge will not get replied to.The TCB advice discourages posting any further question on the claim: "Please note that ANY messages posted may delay the processing of your claim, as the claim will be put on hold until the message has been read and processed."
How else is the member to ask TCB what is happening on the claim?Thank you.

@chico- I am sorry that the claim has not yet received a resolution and we would estimate this taking 12-16 weeks from the time the claim has been given to the network for review. If you could please reach out to us at mse@topcashback.co.uk we can take a closer look at the progress of the claim for you as if you do post messages the claim would need to stop within the process in order for the team to reply to the message.

Hi Phil, just curious as to why TCB remained quiet over Black Friday week, I usually use you but have been lured back to Quidco with a flurry of bonus offers which frankly blew TCB out the water as you offered no incentives at all!0

Hi "Phil" I posted many times by now don't why to your asking for my email address you should know it. This "Phil" must be one of many people working for topcashback back. Anyway here's my story (been told many times in previous posts on this thread just look back) I have been with together energy nearly a year now. I changed because topcashback offered me a good deal to do so. I signed a 12 month contract in February now it coming to an end. I am going to change because i not received a penny of my cashback promised. I paid every direct debit on time. Please can you sort this out before I change because it's affecting my mental health. I've sent over an 100 e mails to topcashback and they take weeks to reply. if you look back at previous posts of this thread it's made me really ill. I really need this sorting out for Christmas. Can the team or anyone who reads this please get in touch with Martin. I really need him to get this story on the TV0
