    It has happened to me again with the £2 bonus not showing.
    I have waited the 7 days but although my transaction with Superdrug tracked straight away the bonus has not tracked.

    If you see your bonus 'pending' (from October 7th) and a relevant purchase that day has tracked, does it mean you should get your bonus when the tracked purchase is confirmed? 

    I ask because I couldn't remember whether just activating the bonus offer triggered the 'bonus pending' to appear in Earnings.

    No just activating the bonus does not make it show on your account. I only wish it did!

    It does on Quidco.I wish TCB was the same.

    Hi phil I signed with together energy half an year ago and was promised £52 I have not received a penny yet I pay all my bills on time. Its been over 6 months. Please could you hurry up the process as I'm skint and £52 is a lot of money to me. I feel let down by top cash back and this is affecting my mental health.     @POPPYOSCAR - I have now replied to your email about your bonus 

    @woodface7 - PoppyOscar is correct in that a bonus would only show once a transaction has tracked and not before. If you are having issues please drop us an email at mse@topcashback.co.uk and we will certainly take a closer look 

    @davideo1981- I am sorry for any frustration caused by the progression of your cashback but we would advise that you have posted your email address on a public forum and we would suggest removing this for your own internet security.

    We do make it as clear as possible that we are unable to guarantee cashback offers. We also give estimated payable speeds on the retailer pages on our site and on the desktop site earnings page on your account so it gives members a rough timeframe for progress to show but this can vary. 

    I can see that the team are having to go through the claims process for your transaction and it is being reviewed by the retailers network. This process can take time as the team would need the network to confirm us as eligible through this process and as the team have mentioned on the claim they will update your claim the moment they know more. 

    The claim was received by the network in July and we would estimate 12-16 weeks from this time for a resolution so please bear with the process and the team will post on the claim the second they have any new information for you.

    Btw Phil this forum has been screenshot and will be used  in a court of law if I don't get me money pretty sharp. So you show your boss this forum tell him to get a move on.
