@davideo1981 tracking is completed by the retailers network and in some cases transaction are not tracked which can be for several reasons, the most common being cookies not being cleared and adblockers being enabled. 

I do understand that you are frustrated with the process but we would need to dispute we are eligible for the cashback as mentioned previously as currently we are not seen as eligible which is why we are unable to guarantee cashback. Our team are successful at getting cashback to members but if there is a break in the terms and we are not seen as eligible we would be declined by the retailer's affiliate network. 

Please bear with the team and they will post an update as soon as possible. If you do need further help please reply to the DM we have on social media as we can reduce future confusion that way. 

We do hope members read this forum as we are always here to help with issues and we would hope that the info we post is useful for members

Joined top cash back through this website to earn )15 bonus. Cashed in reward last month. Chose to spend voucher in M&S 
Go to  use voucher and it has been declined! Issued last year to someone who has already spent it... reporting issue to top cashback really difficult and  still waiting for response... very embarrassing 
has anyone else had this happen?

Out of interest how do you know it was issued last year?
Thankfully, I have never had that happen to me.

No money looks like I've been conned stay away from website. Anyone else been conned. If so contact me. If you have been conned spread the message on other sites warn people to stay away from site. We don't other people getting conned.

I will not be staying away from TCB.
Yes it can be frustrating when something  does not pay out but I have only had the odd one or two.

 I  have had around £700 in cashback that I would not have had otherwise.And even more when I have changed it to Gift cards.

Give TCB the chance to try to sort things out for you it can take some time.
