Been waiting 5 months now Phil. I've paid all my direct debits on time I can send you proof if necessary. All I ask is for the money I was promised. It's only £52 !!!!!! is it worth the bad publicty? When am I paid I will visit goggle play and give your app a 3 star instead of a

Looks like I've been conned. The only reason I changed electricity and gas was to gain £52 because I was skint. The amount of times I've e mailed topcashback (takes 3 weeks to reply got screens of this anyone wants them) and rang together energy has affected my mental health and lead me to an overdose. They keep passing the blame on each other. Surely this can't be legal it's false advertising and topcashback should delete this deal from their site.

People may think what's up with this !!!!!! moaning about £52 quid. But I'm living of £90 a week £52 is a lot to me. Especially as I have nothing to eat except to and toast. If Phil and his team get moving I can eat steak. Also I can buy some toilet paper. I have scabs on my anus using the free metro newspaper.

@davideo1981 I am sorry that you are having a difficult time currently and I hope things get better for you. We are woirking hard to get the retailers affiliate network to see us as eligible for cashback as currently we are not eligible as the transaction has not tracked. 

We make all offer information below offers as clear as possible and do mention that we cannot guarantee cashback which is why we would advise members to not make purchases solely on cashback offers as we can be declined if there is a break in the terms of the offer. 

We also certainly pass no blame to anyone but at the same time we do rely on processes that require affiliate networks to review information and our eligibility for us to be able to resolve claims. We do not work with retailers directly which is why sometimes it can lead to confusion from their support teams as some may not know of affiliate networks  or cashback offers through these. 

We will of course continue to do everything we possibly can to get this resolved positively and will update your claim the moment we know more.

Phil if together energy didn't track  the offer why you still advertising the deal. I've been complaining to yous for months about me money and together energy yet the deal is on your website. This is not good business treating people like this. People will read this forum !!!!!!.
