Can anyone help with the below? It's a current offer on the TCB site but cant see any T&Cs about which watches (there are multiple models) are included in the deal? Where might I find this info?

I have 2 transactions with Boots and a £2.50 bonus with one of them all confirmed going back to  Dec.
This is now over 6 months.

Why is Boots taking so long to become payable please?

Thank you. The outstanding Boots has gone to payable but not the £2.50 bonus that went with it.

I had two successive transactions (fairly low value) with the same retailer; originally the first one tracked fine and the second was declined. I put in a missing cashback claim for the second, which succeeded, only for me to later realise the first one was declined instead and it's apparently been too many days since so I can't put in a missing cashback claim for the first one. If I'd known, I'd not have pursued the second one because it was worth a lot less than the first!
