  • Can you help me with my log-in to TopCashBack? For some reason, my password isn't being recognised but when I click on the Forgotten Your Password link and enter my email address it says 'You seem to have entered an invalid email'. I've checked and the email is correct (as is the password). Thank you.

    What's the situation with my cashback with AA Savings? I have an ongoing dispute as the cashback was declined when i actually met the criteria. Claim is currently "waiting on retailer".

    The account was opened 28th June.
    My ticket was opened early August perhaps. I can scroll back as far as 5th August but it appears there must have been a message from me to you before that but i don't see it.
    12th August i get a message saying "your missing claim has now been submitted".

    I understand things can take a while but nearly 8 months now? Really? Nearly 10 month since the account was opened.

    @TheKingandI I am sorry to hear that you are having issues. Our team are aware that some members who are using a personal domain email address are having log in issues. They are working hard to resolve this but if you could please email mse@topcashback.co.uk we can take a closer look to see what we can do to help in the meantime

    @Justanothersaver If a claim is at the status "waiting for retailer" it would mean that the claim is being reviewed further by the retailer's network. This can take time in some cases and would need to be completed for the team to be able to see the outcome before then being able to post the full resolution to your claim. I am sorry for any frustration caused but please bear with the team and the moment they know more they will post a message on your claim.

    Hi,  I sent a request via the Customer Service ticket system on 7th March and have yet to receive anything other than an automated reply.  The question relates to differing payout levels depending on the method chosen.  Any idea how much longer it might be before I hear from someone please?
