    Hey everyone,

kenny009uk – We had to hold this claim back for a couple of months as the retailer wouldn’t let us submit it any sooner as they need to be sure you keep up with your bills. Now this has been submitted we’d hope to hear back within 12-16 weeks.

libertysurf – I understand that not last referrer is one of the declined reasons that causes most frustration because we’re not told who is paid which would help avoid it in the future. I am sorry we couldn’t get a better outcome for you. I really am.

    Best wishes,

    Matt

    Thanks for the reply.
According to my account the claim was submitted on the 10th of December. When do you expect me to hear anything? 12-16 weeks from that date?

I have found that over the past 2 months, I have submitted 3 Bodykind orders through Topcashback but each one has been declined. I do not understand why Bodykind offer this facility if they refuse EVERY submission on orders. I have lost over £6 because of this. Someone should investigate and give a sensible reason for this
  • I joined Virgin Media at the start of last year, signing up through Topcashback. This earned me a cashback amount of £125, however, after a couple of months this was declined. I raised a claim for this but it still hasn't been resolved. I tried to reach out on Twitter but all I got was "the claim is being reviewed by the retailer's network" This has been ongoing for about 10 months now so I would like to understand what the issue with this is.

    Hey everyone,

kenny009uk – that’s right Kenny, all being well we should do 😊 So pleased this has now been confirmed. I can assure you I played no part in that happening.

carh21 – If you email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk I can see if we have an initial declined reason for you

w4lks316 – Generally, it takes on average 12-16 weeks from the date we submit the claim to hear back. This is an average time scale and so some are faster and others are slower. While we would also like to share with you what’s happening with the claim until the claim comes back as declined or approved we are in a similar boat to you. We are just not sure.
    Best wishes,

    Matt

Thanks for the reply, so I just have to wait for Virgin to respond? How long is too long? According to your site I have been waiting 11 months now! Surely someone must have a sharp stick they can poke Virgin with?

Did Gas & Elec switch through MoneySupermarket. We cancelled the switch because we would have has to pay an exit fee, the cashback  was rightly declined, Did the switch again a month later (December) again tracked also declined, even though the switch has been successful. Raised a claim as potentially confusion of two claims for the same thing and one cancellation. Now being asked to supply Policy dates etc, asking about travel supermarket, which I've queried but no response
