I too did the same as you and opened both issues. I met all the terms & conditions, yet both of mine were declined for no valid reason. After raising claims, I was eventually given one by Topcashback as a 'goodwill ' gesture. However, I'm still waiting for the other one...despite sending monthly nudges & getting back,  what seems like a bog standard reply, that they're still chasing it. Ridiculous after this length of time.

What sort of time frame were you looking at?

And *sigh* the powers that be have decided to merge my thread in with this thread so in no time at all my question will be pushed way back by all those asking the TCB rep their questions and i'll barely get a response.

    Nice one MSE.

    Hey Everyone
Hope you are all doing okay

@pdx123- I do believe that a senior member of the team has been helping you via Support ticket and that they have explained what happens with offers. We would advise all members check out a range of offers before deciding if our cashback offers would be the best offer for them but your feedback has been taken on board as well for the future as we do listen to members to help improve the site.  If you do need any help with claims please drop us an email at mse@topcashback.co.uk and we can see what the progress is and how we can get a resolution for you.

@JustAnotherSaver - The retailer you have mentioned is pretty good at giving us an initial decline reason so although you may not wish to have us look into anything you are more than welcome to email mse@topcashback.co.uk and we will always take a look at any issues a member is having.

    Best wishes

    Phil

Still waiting over 6 months later for a Sainsburys cashback... think this is my longest one ever

Also just had 2 Hotel Chocolat claims declined (one never even tracked), despite meeting all the criteria. Seems like it's getting harder to earn cashback for me!

    Hey Everyone
Hope you all had a great weekend

@MoonChild91- I am sorry you feel like its getting harder as its not quite what we are seeing. We do have to receive confirmation and then receive the funds to be able to get cashback to payable status. I am sorry that your sainsbury's cashback is taking time and we do have a team who are constantly pushing for progress . If we do receive a decline the network should pass us a reason for this so I would advise to email mse@topcashback.co.uk so I can take a look to see if there is a recurring decline reason for you and help for future purchases as well as looking at the progress of your cashback.

    Best wishes

Prior to logging into my account the cashback for Magix is shown as 36.65%. Once logged in, it is reduced to 17.85%. Could you explain why this should be and how I can achieve the 36.65%?

I should add that I have seen this almost halving of the listed cashback with more than this retailer.

    Hello All,
I hope you're enjoying your Saturday.

@digital It sounds like you're on a Classic membership and so when you log in, the website is showing the Classic rates as opposed to the Plus rates which show when you are not logged in. If you are interested in the higher rates, here is some information on the benefits of Plus membership - https://www.topcashback.co.uk/classic-or-plus

    Best wishes,

I am on Classic but cannot find anywhere on your link that Plus offers double the cashback.
It's a little disappointing/misleading that you would show the higher rate prior to logging in when both could be shown.

@TCB rep   I spent £6.49 on Ebay after registering for the recent 'Spend £5 for £2 bonus' promotion. There were two items in the basket, which have tracked separately. No bonus has tracked. The terms didn't say it was £5 minimum per ITEM.

    Hello everyone,
I hope you're all having a nice Bank Holiday.
@digital It looks like this was an exclusive offer with MAGIX which would be why there was a bigger difference than the average Plus bonus. All of our members start off on a Plus membership grace period and so when they sign up, these are the deals they will be getting. We will however take your feedback on board concerning showing both of the amounts on our site.

@woodface7 When transactions track separately through eBay, our bonus system can look at this as not earning the £5 in one purchase. This is ok however as we can add the bonus in for you. If you send an email to mse@topcashback.co.uk then we can sort this out for you.

    Best wishes,
    Charlotte :)
