I went through this site to order dominos pizza on 27th oct at 22:16. I checked today and I don't think it has been tracked as no record of it pending or the cashback amount. However it is recorded on the clicks to merchants?

@specialkthefirst - Each merchant/transaction takes different times to become payable in your account. If you go to earnings>cashback by date you can view the estimated payable speed for transactions based on when we last received payment from the merchant. I hope that this helps and you are able to locate this.

It is 11 months today that I signed up to a Sky deal and it should of been authorised from 0 to 60 after 6, especially as it tracked immediately and was confirmed within days. It is now 3 months since my claim and not a word.
Topcashback keep asking me to be patient a little longer, whilst waiting in hope that sky may pay up. It is getting to the stage that this should be seriously escalated, and I would hope by topcashback. I certainly won't sit back and keep my sky account active if they don't honour their deals, and Sky executive management will certainly know why I have cancelled after many years with them as well.
I see there is massive complaint escalation with 7 similar problems about sky cashback on your website yesterday alone, and that trading standards are being considered, which might be the way to go. How can Sky be rated 99% ?

Although cash back may not be legally guaranteed I find it difficult to accept that topcashback's process will allow Sky to decline, without giving a specific reason, a previously long term confirmed transaction.
If Sky had not confirmed this transaction within days, I would of taken a completely different and much earlier view about retaining and paying for their services for the last 11 months.
The tcb confirmed definition suggests that payment will be made, especially as I have complied with all the t&cs, but Sky have over ridden this. I am surprised to say, I can't see any evidence that this decision has been challenged or even questioned by topcashback. If this is the case it is a lot different from when I first opened my account with tcb.
My formal response to the claim decline on my account is
It is not reasonable to expect me to accept this reversal of decision, as it is already a confirmed transaction, unless supported by a specific valid reason. Please pursue this information urgently. Copied to Sally / Jessica by e-mail.0 -

With insurances and the other C-word, etc. on the horizon, I'm going to join up to TopCashBack.
However, I'm always cautious about using personal details online (name, address, bank details) - especially with companies new to me - what details do I need to submit please?
Because to be honest I'm unsure whether to even use my real name; once bitten, twice shy and all that...
