    Thank You Sally for pursuing this.

    Hopefully the swiftly isn't as measured by Sky's snail like performances to date, as nearing the one year mark now.

    I won't however make the same mistake of leaving this much longer, assuming I will have to escalate it, initially to Sky's executive management.

    I am still at a loss to understand how something confirmed as payable can a full 11 months later be declined when all the requirements have been met. It either had an issue 11 months ago when it could have been declined say within a month or so, or it is ok and payable as per the tcb confirmed definition.

    The result is that this lack of transparency meant I didn't have the tools to make an earlier decision of cancelling, surely a trading standards issue.

    With all the complaints mounting up against Sky on your website I still don't know how the 99% satisfaction is calculated.

    I'm considering upgrading to Topcashback Plus.

    I'm sure theres some relatively simple calculation to work out whether this is viable for me but I can't for the life of me work it out.

    I essentially want to know very roughly, what I'd have to spend online to make the outlay of £5 worth it and its difficult without knowing what the current enhanced cashback amounts are for my most used retailers.

    I probably shop most at Debenhams, Tesco & Marks&Spencer.

    Would be grateful for any ideas as to how to work it out.

    All I can say to anyone reading this, Do not use Topcashback !!!.
    I had a insurance policy from Policy Expert that tracked on 12th July, I have had confirmation from Policy expert they have paid, months ago. In fact I intend contacting Policy expert to inform them of what is happening.This is the second time I have emailed...you have promised twice, that a colleague would contact me within a few working days, I have not received any contact.

    I went through this site to order dominos pizza on 27th oct at 22:16. I checked today and I don't think it has been tracked as no record of it pending or the cashback amount. However it is recorded on the clicks to merchants?

    Hi Sally,

    Thank You to Steph and yourself for turning this around and getting Sky to honour the £60 incentive after declining it initially.

    Seeing the comments posted by other members, I always wondered if the deal would be slow but never imagined quite how bad. The customer side of Sky I have always found to be the opposite, so glad I can stay with them without having this issue outstanding.
