I have submitted a ticket about a Homebase Click and collect transaction.
It originally tracked ok but is now showing as 0.00. Why is this?
A declined transaction is usually crossed out and put in the declined column so presumably it is not declined?0 -

We have no set timescales on this as it varies as your friend has to have £10 payable cashback before this progresses to payabl in your account.

I have been using topcashback successfully for the last few months. I usually use it on my PC although I have an app on my android phone and my ipad.
Last night my account showed zero balances on all the totals and today I the website, using my PC, does not recognise my email address for me to log in. :eek:
There is no phone number to contact them. I did send an email this morning but so far I have heard nothing. :mad:
Can anyone throw any light on this for me?

My account has been automatically terminated by yoursystem, due to my account showing characteristics that are potentiallyattributable to abusive or fraudulent activity that may contravene our Termsand conditions, due to merchant abuse.
I have emailed him back twice to find out what thismeans. I have no idea what, if anything, I have done wrong. I have genuinelyused my account to buy goods and services. I am really worried about this, Ifeel that a mistake has been made closing my account.
I have had no further responses to date for TCB

I signed up to topcashback. I have had approx. £200 back. I am owed about £100. BUT without warning my account was closed. After I contacted them I was told that my account had been automatically terminated by the system, due to my account showing characteristics that are potentially attributable to abusive or fraudulent activity that may contravene our Terms and conditions, due to merchant abuse.
