So looking for a deal on the annual switch of Gas and Electric, obviously first port of call is TCB. However and disappointingly reading latest reviews (NOT highest reviews) !! cashback for anything decent, 40 quid'ish, well the reviews,cashback feedback is very poor0 -

I have not received any further update.
I have it in writing that Policy expert have paid my cash back !.
Can you explain to me why I have not been paid, when Policy expert confirm they have paid.0 -

Dear Topcashback
It would appear that you are having major issues with your payments systems.
After waiting 10 months and endless chasing for my £30.00 Sky cash back it finally became payable after a manual intervention from yourselves, but when I try to withdraw it I am told there is a reporting inconsistency!
I advised your customer care team on 21st October and as yet they have not offered a solution.
To make matters worse I closed a support ticket after my refer a friend cash back status changed to payable but in doing so this has now removed the £12.50 cash back from my account.
You are also expecting to take the £5.00 Plus membership fee, after the above experiences I am very much a NON PLUSED member and feel my relationship with your company may have run it's course.
I have also sent these issues via your "Customer Care" team but would like a reply through this channel as well.0 -
Is anyone else getting messages to 'authenticate' their account when trying to access the Topcashback site? I've clicked on the link as requested, but no email is sent.
I use the site several times a week and have done so for a number of years. I haven't changed my email address or any other details, so am confused by this. I can no longer access the account or the amounts outstanding. Thanks.0 -
