I was under the impression that once the trial finished then my account would revert back to the classic option unless i stated otherwise. Having checked my account i see that it hasn't reverted back and is showing as Cashback plus membership with a £5 fee owing. (i did mark the anniversary date in my calendar!)
on checking the help section on your website it says to go to my profile to unsubscribe, but nowhere on the screen does it allow me to do so.
I wonder how many other members who took out the free trial are unaware that their accounts are still showing as plus, and have not reverted back, and will not be aware until the £5 fee is deducted.
Having looked on your forum it appears that this is a major problem.

Hi - I booked a hotel via Expedia on 1st July for a stay in August. The cashback did not track although the visit seems to have been logged on the TCB system. I submitted a claim on 31st July to try to get this tracked, sent a nudge on 28th August and still haven't heard back.
Please can you check this out?
Also, does RedSpottedHanky ever track at all? I've never had them track - it's usually for such small amounts I've not bothered chasing it up, but it's annoying.

A little delayed. I'd hardly call 2-6 months late being paid a little.
Support tickets have been submitted more than once and TCB reply with please wait another four weeks which was months ago0 -

To be fair TCB made it clear on my account that you could downgrade within the trial period if you found it was not for you. So it was up to you do it. I made a note on my calendar and did just that with no problems.0 -

Should of said that I've done the support ticket route, as it happens I've recently got the following back:
I'm afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your submission on this occasion. The reason that has been supplied for this in helping to clarify states that your 'Transaction cannot be traced'.
This does suggest that the merchant has been unable to locate your queried transaction based upon the information that you have provided as your main order number for this, but more likely they have been able to locate your sale - but they cannot prove that this has been the result of a Top CashBack referral. If you can be sure that you have initially provided solid information in helping the merchant to identify the sale you are querying, then we are sorry to report that the latter is more of a possibility from these two interpretations.
Absolute load of tosh :mad: Just add me to the list of the many who have been ripped by this bunch of cowboys !! As I originally posted, you should in no way be promoting this company !!0
