    How long does it normally take for a cashback claim from The Works (The £5 when you spend £20 receipt upload) to be confirmed? (Submitted 2nd August)

    I understand the waiting belong the 30 day returns period to stop people buying a £20 book, submitting to get cashback and returning it.

    I am not too impressed, however, that having already given Sky 3 extra months over and above the 6 months they already have taken per the deals t&cs, that you feel Sky should now be given yet another month before tcb will take a closer look outside of the normal claims process.

    Despite the 99.3% satisfaction rating the comments against Sky on your website clearly show mine is not just a one off . This is my first major disappointment with tcb over a number of years, and do feel Sky should be challenged more on their timeliness of response.

Please note that any M&S vouchers advertised will have been offered directly by the merchant. This means that you will need to please chase up your vouchers with them.

    @Rogerb you are welcome for the e-mail that I sent you. We asked you to allow a couple of months for the transaction to be added into your account and as this didn't happen as we hoped it would, it's now a case of treating your transaction as untracked. This does sadly mean that the same channels of communication have to be followed and, just like Missing Cashback claims for other transactions, this can be a lengthy process. I wish we could speed up the process for you but I'm afraid that we can't. Please also don't think that this is Sky being purposely slow or evasive - it's just the way the Missing Cashback claims process works. I assure you we'll do our best to get this cashback with you as soon as we can and we really appreciate your continued patience whilst we do so.

  • Re: After linking to Amazon via TCB, in order to get the cashback, do I have to: (i) ONLY THEN add items to the Amazon basket OR (ii) can I just ORDER & PROCESS THE PAYMENT FOR what is already in the basket?


    I note that Amazon are currently doing a cashback deal - re stationery - via TCB.

    I have a query:
    (1) Do I get the TCB deal if, after logging in to TCB to request the deal, I then simply process & pay for the items that I have already put in the Amazon online 'basket'?
    OR
    (2) To get the TCB deal, do I have to empty that basket, then log in to TCB to process the hyperlink for the deal, & only then add the items I want to buy to the Amazon basket (i.e. do I have to empty the basket of items BEFORE I have logged in to TCB)?

    What I mean is: I have already put a few items into the basket at Amazon this morning, and only then remembered (i.e. fortunately just before I went to process/order the contents of the Amazon basket!) re the Amazon/TCB deal re stationery! So I now want to buy the same items but also want the TCB cashback. So I have not yet made the order at Amazon.

    How do I ensure I get the cashback at TCB? Can I just now check into TCB to request the deal, and then (this time accessing Amazon via TCB's auto-hyperlink) purchase those items that are already in the Amazon basket? Or do I have to clear the basket first?

    All help appreciated!

    Hi, I've had several successful payouts in the past from Snap &Save, photographing my receipt with my digital camera and uploading to the PC. I recently got an iPhone and downloaded the TCB app, last week I tried to claim for four separate items and all have been declined due to the quality of the picture not being clear enough. I don't understand how this can be as I followed the instructions and made sure that my receipt was inside the dotted lines as instructed. As I no longer have my receip I can't resubmit the claims so really need to know how to avoid this for future claims?

    @APennySaved if you'd like to earn cashback on your Amazon transaction you will need to clear your browsing cookies, log in to your TopCashback account, click through to Amazon, fill up your Amazon basket and then make your transaction. This is the best way to help your transaction track.

    @Sues48 we're still developing our iPhone app and at the moment there are some issues with image clarity when using our picture-taking feature. Our Technical Team are working on developing the app all of the time so it's always worth looking out for updates and the latest version because they are trying to get the camera aspect perfect. For now, please take your photos just with the standard camera app on the iPhone. You can then upload these to your account and they'll hopefully be perfectly clear for you to earn cashback with.

    We have three accounts, mine my OH and my daughter recently signed up.

    We all did the Amazon book deal but only two have tracked in the stated 24-48 hours tracking time.

    How long should we leave it to put in a claim?

    How can he submit a claim for this as it is not showing a date on his account when visited? (He placed the order on 16th at 20:19)

    I checked on my account and it does not show that I visited Amazon ever but mine still tracked ok.
