Confused by your answer if it is to me.

We would never raise a claim to Amazon and would always raise a claim through topcashback.

My question was/is how can you do this when there is no record of the visit on the TCB account?

@POPPYOSCAR I'm really sorry for the confusion here. When your partner lodges his Missing Cashback claim please ask him to lodge it against the merchant Get Reading with TopCashback and not Amazon. There should hopefully be a record of your partner's visit to Get Reading with TopCashback on his account and he can lodge his claim against this. I hope this is a little clearer

@happyange if you have an order number and there's a record of your click through to Get Reading With TopCashback then yes, this claim should be successful for you.

@wildwestfan I've successfully clicked through to Donald Russell using Google Chrome. What browser are you using and when you click through, does anything show in the URL bar?

Did not know you worked on weekends!

As he could not see his visit recorded he bought another book on saturday but that one did not track either.

We understand now, yes it does show under "Get reading with" so he has put in a claim under the first one he bought. (When looking at visited merchants we were looking for the visit to appear on the Amazon one.)

Thank you for clearing that up for us, much appreciated.

The book offer is still showing at 105% cashback, but it says that it ended on the 22nd which was yesterday. Is the offer still valid though as the maximum number of deals hasn't been reached or something?

I am fine now and placed my order with Donald Russel. I think the problem may have been with Adobe flash reader as there turned out to be other stuff that didn't load. Reinstalled this, restarted the computer and all is well again.
