    Very disappointed with Topcashback...
    Never been paid for my Policy Expert Insurance, who have emailed me over a month ago to make sure I have received my cash back.

    There are quite a few members unhappy to see some chump had programmed the Prize Survey to close 24 hours early. While still promoting it onsite.

    Your own rules say: "complete the short survey before Tuesday 8th October 2013, 23.59PM. Good luck!"

    I think it would be wise to reopen it for a day or two for those who missed out.

    HI
    On 20/7/13 I made an order with lookfantastic.com but it did not track. On 27/7/13 you contact them but they have not replied. On 16/8/13 I contacted Lookfantastic directly and they advised that I would receive it after the return date and that I would be paid shortly.This has not happened I have contacted them again and they have advised that it is Topcashback who pay me not them!

    Cashback can be a bit confusing sometimes! We physically pay you, but we're effectively passing on cashback from the merchant.

    How does TCB work with holiday tickets for next year.

    You pay the deposit now and the balance 6 weeks before departure.

    Does the transaction just sit there for 9 months?
    Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA :D

    Yes; your transaction tracks to your account within 7 days from the date you purchased and then as soon as you have completed your stay the transaction will then become validated.

  • I signed up to Green Flag in July and payment was going to be uplifted after 3 months when you had confirmation that the policy was still in force. I am now unable to raise a ticket because its over 100 days old and the value hasn't uplifted.
    Please advise what can be done.
