Has anybody actually been paid their cashback from DL Home Insurance.. I bought mine March 29, still pending. I have submitted a missing claim, done support tickets gave them a nudge.
Waiting for merchant is the next step.

I also took out the car insurance with them 27 july again still pending,but there is a 3 month waiting time to check for payments etc.

Never had this happen before and you wouldn't expect it from a large company, I know the cashback is never guaranteed. But this is ridiculous Cashback should only deal with company's that payout.

What I wanna know is why are they not track on my account? TCB becoming more like Quidco :( the reason I left Quidco long time ago before I join TCB was they either are slow in tracking or just scammed my cashback

I'm using TopCashBack on my iPad and it keeps going to the mobile version, I try to use the full desktop link at the bottom of the page and it refuses to go to the desktop version now (it used to). Anyone know how to stop me going to the mobile site (without having to boot up my laptop

Hi TCB rep, I'm having trouble with my Dominos Pizza Lunch Money transaction.

I submitted a claim but didn't seem to get a reference number so used my email address. Then I closed the claim as I realised I had used the wrong email address and couldn't alter it. Then I couldn't open a claim again as it said I had no transactions on that date when I clearly did as I had opened a claim with those details the day before.

Since then, the transaction tracked correctly at £9.99 so I breathed a sigh of relief, but now it has reduced to 80p and I still have the same problem - I can't open a case about it.

I have opened a support ticket about this but the responses are really slow and I still haven't heard back after my last message explaining the above. I'd like to get this sorted.

Can you help?

Remarkably I have a holiday booked with Thomas Cook via TCB for August 2014 and have only paid them the initial small deposit... but £81 cashback has already tracked, confirmed and is now paid out.

Well done TCB! that will pretty much pay for my holiday insurance and airport car parking for free.

I was also impressed that when I bought two bikes from Halfords using reserve and collect (paid in full in store so no actual money via the website) it tracked and paid out in a few weeks no problem.

People are amazed when I show them the hundreds of pounds I have got back to date, it just takes patience.

I clicked through on the dominos lunch money offer (I am new to topcashback) and nothing has happened. The click through is there but no cashback (11 days later) any ideas?

Submit a missing cashback claim under the 'customer care' tab.
