    Hi Jessica,
    On 29th May I bought insurance through Swinton, however this did not track. On 27th June TCB contacted them but there has been no response.What is the next step please as it is a lot of money (40.00)

    For those on the enhanced rate 'Free Trial' if you don't want TCB deducting 5.00 out of first 5.00 of payable Cashback earnings earnt I am guessing from date enhanced free trial period ends make sure you remember to downgrade to the 'Classic' membership now.

    I just dont know how the rating can be 99% satisfied for Sky existing customers. There is a lengthy list of customers having a similar problem to mine. I know you tend to only hear of the problems but 99% ?

    Deal tracked straight away, and confirmed a few days later, and meant to move from 0 to £60 after 6 months as long as you have kept the new subscription level on. It is now 9 months and still on 0 and no response from Sky at all.

    Topcashback wont let you put in a formal chaser claim until the 6 month point is 2 months overdue, which I did, and now another month has gone by and nothing. What does the nudge achieve ?

    @leanneclark our Sales Team have confirmed that Expedia don't actually do Avios points. However, if you were to make a transaction with British Airways then you should still be able to earn Avios points and this should not affect your cashback.

    Great thanks Jessica. My booking with Expedia will be using BA as the airline and there is the option to enter in loyalty card details, including Avios so I will go ahead with my booking and enjoy a double incentive.

    @clare64 I'm sorry you've had an untracked transaction. By the sounds of it you've lodged a Missing Cashback claim (which is the perfect thing to do) and it was submitted to Swinton's affiliate network on the 27th June. Claims usually take 1-4 months to be resolved so if you've not had a resolution yet please don't worry, it just means that your claim is still under review with the merchant. If you can kindly allow another 4 weeks or so you'll hopefully have a resolution in this time. If you've not had a resolution by then, please e-mail me at mse@topcashback.co.uk and I'll be happy to try and chase this up for you.

    @Rogerb can you please send me an e-mail at mse@topcashback.co.uk? I can take a look at this for you. I can understand your disappointment at the cashback not being added it as expected but we will do our best to recover it for you.

    Tyre Savings removed almost immediately from Topcashback following my post. Have suggested that Topcashback take the hit and credit all customers who have been misled. Some initial reassuring noises from Topcashback but nothing of substance. Come on Topcashback put up or shut up!!

    Very unhappy about Policy expert and yourselves, PE say you should pay me as purchase is validated, you (TCB) wont pay, also no M & S voucher = total con, you have shed loads of money you are not passing on which you have received from merchants, you really can't fail can you, but we consumers lose out. Something needs to be done
