Wheres my cashback- I agree that this is a little confusing, but when we had special bonus offers over Christmas (double cashback and the High Street Bonus), these didn't count towards the referral threshold. If they do take the member over £10, the system still shows 'threshold reached' but this isn't the case. These bonuses were one-off specials and you shouldn't generally see this unless the referred member has indeed met the threshold.
Can you clarify the point about hacking of bank details? I don't believe that anything like this has been reported and are systems are extremely secure.
@neesk1, you are right that the price should be the same if you go direct as it is through TopCashback. I'll need to look into this a bit more. Can you submit a support ticket from www.topcashback.co.uk/help/54? I would normally ask that you email in, but this way we can keep you on file and make sure to update you on our findings.

@m1kjm, the testimonials shown are from members who want to give positive feedback on our service, but the review pages do show positive and negative views. I would say that members are more likely to post a negative review and forums such as this are naturally going to attract members who are having problems which they would like us to resolve. I don't believe that they are representative of our overall service.

obviously if the BACS run will be done today or tomorrow then i'm happy to wait, but if it really isn't going to be done until the 30th then i'd ideally need it reversing now please.

Looks like I and many others have been had! The offer is still shown on Topcashback TODAY!!

We are not affiliated with Top Cashback, nor any cashback site and haven’t been since late last year. This website has not removed us from their database and their cashback listings, which they should have done.
I am afraid any grievance on this matter would have to be taken with the website owners themselves, who are wrongfully showing us as being part of their scheme.

I don't believe this is just a case of caveat emptor, it goes a long way further, even as far as misrepresentation and false advertising if as Tyre Savings have stated, that TCB should not have had them listed on their site.
In light of the above e-mail I would been keen to here some kind of response from TCB whether here or privately especially now as they have removed Tyre Savings from their site. A question of which they have been asked on more than one occasion without response.0
