Can you allow a little longer?

Thanks for the reply John but, to be fair, we haven't really got a lot of choice have we ?

If it was a few quid here or there then I'd probably have no qualms about closing the account, but since it's £50 quid, I'm not about to walk away from that any time soon, so I have no choice but to wait.
• TCB, thanks for the reply, but let's be honest here. It would appear that you're having problems with your affiliates or merchants as my late payment is not a one off and like I said earlier you seem to send out standard scripted responses (as shown on the previous page) to all queries.

OUTSTANDING LATE PAYMENTS for my account ;

Jackpot City Est payment 4 Jul (12 weeks from purchase) nearly 7 weeks late
Let's Subscribe Est Payment 11 May (9 weeks) over 3 months late
Tombola Est Payment 17 July (13 weeks) one month late
Tyre Savings Est payment 6 May (12 weeks) over 3 months late

My Let's Subscribe cashback is 21 weeks over due :( £6.06 may seem a petty amount to some but not to me. That's over half the cost of my monthly cat food order from Amazon :D

I've been Money Tipped!
Don't get me wrong, I do love TCB and can often be found preaching to anyone who will listen to me about how great it is, but I'm not amused at the moment, been waiting for 8 MONTHS (!) for a payment to become payable from Adidas online, and its come through at zero saying

''This transaction has progressed to payable status at 0.00. This usually means that the merchant has marked this transaction as being ineligible for cashback.''

Have found this really really frustrating :(

I feel your pain. Before I closed the account, I had to wait a year for Quidco to pay me £10 from a Sky cashback deal.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your posts.

I do understand your frustration here and I'm sure that I would feel the same. What I would say is that this is reasonably rare and out of the many transactions made through the site, the majority are paid on shedule.

The merchant's you have all mentioned are being chased and I really can assure you that we are doing all we can to get these payments made.

@LLM, were you able to make a claim for this? If not, I would definitely advise doing so. We can then chase it up for you. If you need the 100 day limit overridding, please send a support ticket or email in to mse@topcashback.co.uk.

Best wishes,
John

Anyone had problems with Directline?

I paid for house insurance in March, had to wait until June to raise a claim.
A couple of nudges later and still no cash back. Thought they were supposed to be good. Anyone else had success with them?

Hi, I must apologise if i've posted this in the wrong place - i'm aware that this could be the fault of Superbreak, however, could you please tell me why the price for a Superbreak holiday is £226pp normally but £242pp when you link through TCB - almost an 8% increase when you link through TCB to get the amazing cashback of 8%.

Scam?

TCB,

It get worse. I have referred people, my account page says 'threshold reached' so I queried why the referral fee has not been added to my account.

First reply as usual, scripted answer, don't think they even bothered to read what I'd put, so I replied, this time it was read properly...

2nd Reply.....The threshold has not really been reached, your account just says that in error.....so no referral fee.

What with waiting and waiting for payments, scripted replies to questions, massive security flaws exposed in the TCB site leading to the potential hacking of bank details and now reaching the threshold, but not really reaching it!

Just what is going on? I suppose Quidco is the answer.

But one thing to be positive, 23p added to my account due Tesco VAT issues in the past.
