    Hi
    I have use topcashback for several years no problems but am having severe problems with a cashback I completed in December. It is with RSA echoice car insurance and looking at the feedback this is a common problem.
    I have opened a case in march but have received no correspondence from TCB. I am bitterly disappointed, I paid for the car insurance in full and should have received £40. I upgraded to TCB plus trial membership hoping this would push it through but again have heard nothing.
    It has made me lose a lot of faith in TCB and my transactions have rapidly declined .
    Will this payment ever be sorted ?

    Hi,

    a stupid question I know, I have already transferred £15 to Tesco's and have £40 in TCB a/c so want to transfer £35 to T's. I go to the transfer page on TCB and it says I cannot transfer the £40 but doesn't ask the obvious question do you want to transfer £35.

    Crumbs, getting my hands on my Sky cashback is akin to trying to get blood out of a stone.

    Joined them on 5th March and waited. And waited. And waited...

    ...until today when, hello, my £101.00 cashback unexpectedly became payable after five months of waiting.

    Except it's not.

    No, for some bizarre reason I am presented with the following message:
    Unfortunately the following transactions can’t be included in your payment as since it became ‘Payable’ there has been a reporting inconsistency for this transaction. Please can you check this later at which point we hope to have it resolved and included in your payout.

    Eh?

    Who knows what's going on now. But I know what, I really feel the urge to fork out £5.00 per annum to boost my TCB account to premium status, because I have been dazzled by their sheer brilliance so far...

    I've sent support messages, but I seem to receive scripted replies rather than my actual questions being answered.

    TYRE SAVINGS
    I've now been waiting over 6 months for payment which should have taken approx 12 weeks. How are those figures derived when....
    You haven't received any payment for any transactions this year from the merchant, there are numerous negative reviews all with the same problems, yet your online stats say 99.3% are satisfied. How can that be ?
    Why does TCB continue to promote a company who seem unwilling to pay?
    Surely, the company should be removed until such a time that you have assurances they will pay outstanding monies due and will in future pay regularly?

    Hi Steve1500, is the £40 made up of transactions from asingle merchant or multiple ones? If its multiple ones, you can split thepayment from your payments page. Simply until a few until you get below theremaining threshold for Tesco Points and request that way. Unfortunately, ifthe £40 is all from a single merchant, you wouldn’t be able to request this inClubcard points.

    dank, I think that this is due to a technical issue. I’ve madesome adjustments, so can you try the request in a few hours? If it still doesn’twork, please get back to me.

    Wheres my Cashback, these are quite delayed-but we are investigating. The estimated payment speed is based on the pastpayments we received. Transactions after January are not yet paid, but prior tothis they were paid within about 12 weeks. Can you give us a little longer tochase this up? Hopefully we can resolve the problem and have future paymentsprogressed within a few months.

    As instructed, I have waited a few hours and tried to request my payment but am still being told it is currently not possible.

    A 'few hours' has now transformed into 48 hours, as that is what I have been requested to wait while they continue to look into this issue.

    So, Monday at the earliest, then.

    What a debacle...

    I have looked into this and can see a handful from this time period have been paid.

    Please could you kindly allow a further 4 weeks and we should have then received the next payment and hopefully this will include your cash back.

    Quoting this message for reference but it's now been 4 weeks from the date of your response and, hardly unsurprisingly, nothing even close to any cashback from supercasino.

    3 months and counting now, so i'd be grateful if you can have another look please. thanks :)
