    A few months back i posted a question about Agoda the hotel bookers as they never seemed to pay cashback on Topcashback, and i noticed that Quidco had terminated them. I was told they had paid loads of people etc etc yet when i look at reviews, not 1 person had been paid.
    Agoda's latest avoidance scheme was to refuse to pay by putting ' not fulfilled' on hotel bookings that were for future dates (brilliant scam in my opinion, i bet others wish they'd thought of it)
    Now today, i see that when you click on Agoda through Topcashback, it shows the following: ' ADVERTISER NO LONGER ACTIVE!

    You have arrived on this page because the website you clicked through from is running an advert for an advertiser of TradeDoubler. That client is no longer active with TradeDoubler.'

    Does this mean that Topcashbac have finally seen this company for what it is..ie a blatant non payer and ticked them off the site, as i still believe that they get free advertising and have no intention of paying..u just have to read the reviews on TCB

    It's all you seem to see on your account when submitting receipts as your system is clearly inadequate. Every time I submit a receipt I get declines because your system cannot deal with more than one picture for the claim. I keep getting fobbed off with. All of the below are all individual comments received each time I've had to contact you to rectify problems. As everyone can see it's clearly not a one off problem.

    1.System error.... blah blah
    2.I am sorry for any confusion here...........confusion? again it didn't work
    3.Sorry for any inconvenience caused here...............
    4.I am sorry that this was declined
    5.I am sorry that this was declind as they appeared they were duplicates.
    6.Thanks for coming back to us and I'm very sorry that this has occurred.
    This is an automatic process and this cashback has now been reinstated on your account. If you experience this again then please do not hesitate to come back to us.

    7.We are currently working on a better system so you can send a single submission for long receipts rather than submitting several images of one receipt which will resolve this problem.

    9.I am sorry that these were declined they are now all approved and should show in your account earnings>cashback by date.


    Why don't you actually fix it? I wonder how much money TCB is making off the back of a system which doesn't work. I'd imagine many people just accept the decline and don't even query it. This needs publicly highlighting so people get what they're entitled to without having to jump through hoops and send e-mails to customer support everytime they make a submission.

    Today, 4 items claimed, 3 declines on perfectly legitimate claims !!!

We're really sorry for any inconvenience caused but please be assured that this is in no way intentional or a ploy and we're working on getting these issues resolved for the next versions of our app.

    In the meantime, we do offer a desktop Snap&Save service by which you can upload your receipts online.

    Thanks for your reply, however 95% of these are submitted via upload from a PC, so this has nothing to do with the App. The pictures are extremely clear and show full content of the receipt.

    As I've been advised by TCB before the system mostly cannot cope when submitting more than 1 picture from the same receipt, obviously only necessary with longer receipts. This seems to be a problem which has occurred since conception though there seems to be no movement in rectifying the issue.

    Today I have been asked to re-submit receipts (via e-mail) you already have copies have. Previously the declines have been manually overridden by, I assume a manual check of the receipts.

    Anyhow, buying a Roku box via ebuyer, and I'm a bit confused with what cashback rate it will be with. (My mind is that it's a TV accessory so should come though as 4.04%)
