If I already have a call package (free package though), can I still get the cashback?

Is the current free weekend call (free call package) considered for the cashback?

Hello @horngkai,

Thanks for this reply. You can still earn cashback here, but as you've already got a free calls package you'll need to upgrade the calls part of your purchase. This means that you'll have to purchase the Unlimited Anytime Calls along with Broadband.

Yes thanks, I've submitted a claim for the 23rd March transaction. The 18th March one is from 2012!

Jessica, if you get a chance, could you please look in to the retailer supercasino.com ?. I've been waiting two months so far for any sign of any payment - it tracked ages ago but nothing else has happened and some of the more recent reviews suggest that other people have had their transactions tracked and paid quickly.

Any update on Let's Subscribe? Been waiting since January (9 weeks estimated payment)and judging by their recent reviews i'm not the only one.
Tried to raise a support ticket but since TCB are aware of the payment delay issue I couldn't.
