    Thanks for this reply :) The declined item that I approved for you was actually your Cherry Tomatoes, which were originally declined because they were at a reduced price. A reduced price shouldn't make a difference though, which is why I've been happy to approve them for you.

    Your Oreo's have been declined because the receipt is missing the receipt number off the bottom, which is required for us to approve your cashback. If you can kindly re-submit this receipt we'll happily review it and approve it if possible.

    Like PoppyOscar, I found the Strawberry offer expired on 28th June, so my submission couldn't go through.

    Like PoppyOscar, I found your earlier explanation ('Never mind, we got the date wrong') "unacceptable".

    As she said, "It is your error and yet we lose out. If you state a date you should honour it." We have to keep to terms. Don't you?

    I have also had one for Copella declined as well, when I checked the scan I can see the receipt number is missing although it looked like it was included when I did the scan.

    I promise to check the scan more closely in future!

    I will email both re-scanned receipts to you and once again thank you for all your help. As always it is much appreciated.:)
  • still waiting for cash back from the 12th of April coming up to three months waiting for it to be made payable. is this normal? this was the first time using, probably won't do so again.

    Good morning everyone,

    @POPPYOSCAR you're more than welcome :)

    @coffeevanilla cashback can progress at all different sorts of speeds depending on the merchant; some transactions can progress over a few weeks, some over months. If you visit your Earnings > Cashback by Date you should be able to see an estimated payable speed for your transaction. This is based on how quickly a merchant has paid their cashback on average in the past, and although it's not a set-in stone speed it does serve as a good guideline as to how long you might be waiting for your cashback.

    It's not unusual for estimated payable speeds to be exceeded by 4 or sometimes 8 weeks. If yours has been passed by 4 or more let me know at mse@topcashback.co.uk so I can take a look at your account and advise further :)

    I currently have BT phoneline but was wondering if I get BT broadband/phone package, can I get cashback still? The website state not for existing customer but not clear if this is referring to the broadband or any BT product seeing that its mainly cashback for BT broadband. Any idea?

    Hi TCB Rep,

    My MusicMagpie transaction has been declined after being pending since March. I know from previous experience with MusicMagpie and comments left on the cashback page by other users, that MusicMagpie transactions can be declined when they have rejected one or more of your items but if you open a case detailing the correct amount, this is approved.

    I've tried to open a missing cashback claim but I can't as it has been more than 100 days since the transaction. Can you help?
