Hi i took out virgin media package in 13 jan 2013, still shown as waiting mechant have lodged a claim in march and sent a number of nudges and still nothing. getting annoyed now . would not have joined virgin only for the topcashback site.

Thanks for this message. I'm sorry to hear that you still have a Missing Cashback claim that's pending. Claims can take up to 4 months from the date they're submitted to our affiliate networks to be resolved so you continued patience whilst yours progresses is greatly appreciated.

Can you e-mail in to MSE@topcashback.co.uk? I'm more than happy to then take a look at your claim on an individual level and see if I can get an update on it from our Claims Team.

I've just made a Debenhams purchase but when I closed the windows it didn't say the usual "your visit has been... etc" does that mean I won't get the cashback ?

I can't click through to several companies - Asda Direct and Thomas Cook this morning. I can other companies so not something I am doing. Is there a problem with the website? When you click it just keeps returning to the same page.:(

@macma has your visit been recorded in the Visits to Merchants section of your Earnings? If it has then it may just be a case of allowing the 7 days for your transaction to track. If after 7 days it hasn't tracked you can lodge a Missing Cashback claim. If the click through hasn't been recorded there then unfortunately you won't be receiving any cashback on this occasion.

@aardvark65 we are currently experiencing some technical issues across several browsers, which is why some pages aren't working quite right. We're working on getting it resolved so your patience whilst we do is really appreciated If you're wanting to click through to a merchant to make a transaction today and it's not working, can you please try to use a different browser to the one that you're currently on?

My transaction appears in the browsed section, not the visited. However there are merchants in my visited section who I have only browsed ?
It was only a small purchase so I'm not too worried 'tho a little confused :think:

Thanks for this reply. I think I might have added to the confusion here, for which I apologise. I meant to type 'Clicks to Merchants', not Visits. If it's showing in your Clicks then we have a record of your click through to the merchant via your Top Cashback account, which means if it doesn't track in your Earnings you can lodge a claim for it. You will have merchants in your 'Clicks to Merchants' section that don't appear on your Earnings as they're all the merchants you've visited but not necessarily shopped with.

Is the conversion limit £50 to Clubcard points per calendar year?

In other words could you convert £50 on 28th December 2013 & then £50 on 2nd January 2014

Sorry if this has been asked before.
I changed £21 into tesco vouchers 2 weeks ago but my tesco points have not changed on my card. Is this normal ?
This is the first time I have redeemed from TCB and am not really sure how it works.
