    @jasonwatkins if you are thinking of leaving our site (which is the last thing we want), maybe you could just use us for online shopping when making transactions that you are going to make anyway, regardless of the cashback. Then when (hopefully) your cashback does track it'll be a lovely extra instead of a disappointment :)

    That's not a bad idea. Knowing my memory, I'll likely forget half the time, but it's worth a try :)

    @dings74 the 5% top-up bonus will only be applied to cashback transactions that are made from the beginning of your trial onward.

    @shimmeringsky would you like to e-mail in to MSE@topcashback.co.uk with this query? I'll then be able to take a look at your account on an individual level and advise on how long you might be waiting before these transactions become 'payable' in your account. It's brilliant to hear they've tracked though, that's always a good start :)

    Dear Company Representative/All,

    I made a large purchase through TCB (Apple Store) in March 2012 (yes, that's 15 months ago...)

    The purchase tracked beautifully at the beginning, and TCB showed I was due £41.49 in cashback. After perhaps a couple of weeks, the item disappeared completely from my Earnings page. I submitted a claim (April 2012) and have been waiting since (and 'nudging' TopCashBack on a regular basis).

    The item has been showing as 'waiting for merchant' since April 2012. Really? One year and 3 months and you're still waiting?

    Can the company representative inform me of what is going on please?

    Ok, i'm going to speak for many on the TCB website who have booked several holidays through https://www.agoda.com and it never tracks, they promise the cash back, it will never happen...infact i see that Quidco have removed them from their site, so i can only assume that they have decided not to continue as a business partner because they are not paying.
    So, will TCB continue to advertise a company that isnt paying cashback..i have not seen ONE person post that they have received it.
    Will they be removing this company? iI must have booked 7 or 8 short breaks or holidays with them (yes they are cheap), and not once has it tracked, nor do they respond to claims, and yet the other holiday/accommodation companies track ok.
    I certainly think that all of the people who booked in good faith deserve an answer, either they pay cashback, or their free advert on TCB gets binned...fair enough in anyones book im sure.

    Thank you for your message. We still feature Agoda as a merchant because they do track and pay the majority of their transactions. I really am sorry to hear that yours aren't tracking but most successfully do and we've had lots of satisfied members.

    I think it's worth noting that most members tend not to post positive feedback or reviews and it's members with negative experiences that are more inclined to share their thoughts, which of course is a natural reaction to disappointment or frustration.

    Do you ever book these transactions using a smart phone or an iPad/tablet? This merchant can't track transactions that are made using a mobile device, which may be why your transactions haven't tracked.

    Have you made transactions with other merchants that track well? If you're experiencing tracking issues on a more general level it may be something in the settings of your computer/browser that is interfering. Let me know because I can advise further on this.

  • As Promised an Update... I have, after all, recieved my CashBack. £35 on a £99 AA membership, not bad. I must say I was cynical I would receive any money at all, but I have been pleasantly surprised.
