@steve1500 this is a great question! Which merchant is this with? I'm inclined to say that you won't be eligible for the cashback however I am more than happy to double-check this for you. I suppose it's definitely worth you trying and then if the cashback does track and becomes payable, you've earned some bonus money

@POPPYOSCAR Tesco Clubcard points will ordinarily be on your Tesco account within 48 hours of your TCB account showing that they've been paid, however we did have a slight issue last week with our points payments being sent out properly. I'm really sorry if you've been affected by this delay and for any inconvenience caused. We're working hard to get it resolved and it hopefully will be within the next 48 hours

Hi I have already posted on here twice regarding missing cashback from Churchill Insurance for £50 from nearly a year ago!!!.
I was advised over a month ago that it was confirmed in my account as confirmed. I questioned why it was not payable a couple of weeks ago and was advised to give it a couple of weeks.
Just looked at my account today and it has went from confirmed to a £0...
I am getting really frustrated with this and can't understand the long delay or mix up.
