    Something I forgot to ask actually. When you recommend a friend, at what point does the 'reward' get credited to your account?

    Is it at the point where your friend makes a purchase through the site, when it's tracked or when it's actually paid out ?

    I recommended someone who made a purchase, which has subsequently moved to "Confirmed" and I haven't seen any hint of any bonus in my own account.

    Although considering my track record, I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if I have to raise another ticket for it ..

    Both me and my wife applied for Santander 123 account last November and were tracked at £0. I raised a ticket in January/February and still waiting. The amount has today changed to payable at £0 as well which is quite disappointing as I made the transaction wholly online. Please help. We also have a few other tickets raised between us that has not had any reply for a long time.

    I had £10 for a referral made pending in my account for over 2 months now, all of a sudden it's dissapeared? What happened?

    ugh .. just .. ugh .. people who took out the same deal at the same time as me (FHM 1 Year Subscription through greatmagazines) are now reporting the cashback has moved from confirmed to payable.

    But my cashback claim has been passed to the retailer .. yada yada yada .. so hacked off with this ..

    Hi TCB,

    I am another who has opened a Santander 123 A/C online only to see it go payable to 0.00. I have submitted a ticket but I presume like many others it is just a stay of execution before it is declined.
    There appears to be many people who are suffering a similar fate.
    I have done cashbacking for 5 years and have earned several thousands of pounds between the sites and have NEVER had a failed transaction. I am well aware of what is required. The account was opened wholly online and is still open, cookies cleared etc.
    There seems to be a common theme with Santander declining payments looking at recent comments and the stats have not been updated since last year.
    It is even more of a mickey take when you constantly see Exclusive Higher Offers for them on emails when they cannot pay up what is due.
    Surely all the people complaining cannot be wrong??

    I can assure you that the vast majority of Santander transactions are progressing without issue, but we will review the claims which have been declined and re-submit these to the merchant if required.

    I recently took out car insurance with the Post Office, it tracked at 22.20 cashback but has now been declined.
    I have been dealing with the Post Office complaints department over another issue and today mentioned it to them. They have stated that they have done nothing and that it is down to you!
    I explained that I thought you acted on their instructions but I can feel this is going to be long drawn out. Please can you help?
