@macma that's brilliant! Hopefully your transaction will track within the next few days but if it doesn't, this click record means you'll be able to lodge a Missing Cashback claim
@steve1500 the year begins from the date you first have your Tesco Clubcard points from Top Cashback credited to your Clubcard account.
@OMO we did experience a slight delay last week with Tesco points being applied to Clubcard accounts however I'd certainly expect you to have your points by now if they were requested 2 weeks ago. Please can you e-mail me at MSE@topcashback.co.uk so I can take a look into your account?

I bought a direct line car insurance policy on saturday and its not tracking, i know it can take 7 days, but my experience is if it hasnt tracked by now its not going to, having endless oroblems with tcb, and none with quidco, so tempted to cancel policy and re do with quidco. Another question for Jessica or Sally.
I had a payment clear yesterday as payable (Yay!) and I was interested in how it would payout via paypal. I googled around and got the impression it was basically instant so I selected that option - it was for £10.10.
Lo and behold, I did indeed get the confirmation email late last night that the payment had been made and that the money should be cleared in my account but as of 8:55am this morning, it's still not showing. The paypal email address is correct, so I was wondering if there's a problem ?

I'm sorry to hear you've experienced this; we've got a slight technical error whereby any top-ups over 1% that were earned before our two membership levels were introduced are reverting to 1% on pending/confirmed transactions. This is why your earnings have decreased and your top-ups have changed.
This is now being investigated by our Technical Team and they're working to resolve it. Your patience whilst they do is greatly appreciated.
I'm sorry if you've sent Support Tickets in where our reply hasn't quite grasped the issue; we're aware of it now and it's getting fixed as I speak

Why are you spamming? I keep getting 'offers' emails despite the unsubscribed option being selected on my account? (always has been)
Just got you offers email titled 'Exclusive £147 cashback on T-Mobile Business'
If I click on the unsubscribe link within it, it just takes me to my profile - email preferences and clearly shows:

is already UNSUBSCRIBED. This is not an ethical way to conduct business. I hope it will stop.
