Just looked at my account and can't access it because of " Exciting new changes at Topcashback" unless I choose from 3 options or I won't be able to access money. Hopefully the money I do have will all be payable within the 3 month trial option, and then it will be cheerio Topcashback.I love this place :j:T:j0

I have gone with the 3 month trial option as you get to keep the enhanced cashback for that time even if you then downgrade back to the "classic" account which I will do.0

So we've just launched something pretty new and exciting for Top Cashback; we now have two types of account available to our members, Classic (which is free) and Plus (which costs £5.00 a year).
POPPYOSCAR, dank and JaneDoe, I can see that you've all shared some thoughts on our new service. Just to clarify a few points, you can retain your free service if you wish. The Classic account is basically the service and features that you're used to with Top Cashback, with nothing taken away at all. There is no obligation to upgrade your account or even take the free trial if you don't want to.
We feel that we have many members who will benefit from the Plus account, particularly the 5% top-up bonus. We want to give our members the opportunity to earn more cashback should they wish to, with a few extra features added in.
The Plus account also offers a higher Tell-A-Friend referral bonus at £12.50; by the time you've successfully referred two of your friends to our site you will have made your fee straight back.
The 'priority customer care' that our Plus members will receive is from a Customer Care team dedicated to answering their enquiries. Our usual Customer Care team will continue to answer your queries in their normal professional manner, still to a very high standard. The main difference being that the dedicated Plus Care team will work primarily on accounts and support tickets from our Plus members.
As I'm sure you're all aware, the cashback process by nature means that we can never 100% cashback. Our statistics are fantastic though and the majority of transactions do track and are paid, so the 5% top-up will be really beneficial to any Plus members who are keen to earn that little bit extra when shopping.
I hope this is helpful and has explained things a little more clearly about our new membership options. If you have any more questions or apprehensions please let me know because I'll do everything I can to assist and assure you that nothing is changing for the worse, only the better.

No you're right, the level of customer service that we offer on Top Cashback will be completely the same for both Classic and Plus accounts. We will maintain a high level of professionalism, communication and assistance throughout our customer care just as we always have.
As mentioned in my last post, the main difference with the customer care care is that the Plus account members' enquiries and Support Tickets will be answered by a dedicated team dealing solely with their accounts.

Exactly. I didn't want to pursue this line of questioning for fear I look like I've got an axe to grind, but it all seems very vague.
Either Plus members receive a quicker response to their queries, or this is in fact non-existent perk for paying an annual admin fee. Which is it?0 -

Do the payments not come from the same merchants at the same time once invoiced??

I was looking at the faster paying merchants and thought the upgraded members got paid quicker.
I've signed up for the trial then, see how it goes.
