Hi! Quick question
I'm planning on taking out an Aviva car insurance policy, I got a quote through them the other day, and now I'm wanting to purchase it. My question is, once I've linked through from the TCB site, for the cashback to register, am I then supposed to go through the whole quote again, or can I just pull up my existing quote? I wondered if that might affect the cashback in some way?0 -
Hi all,
I have a query regarding cash back. Specifically, I have a deal available when signing up to Match.com offering 30% off of their 6 month subscription (£77.94 in total), making the cost £54.56.
To my Match.com profile I received the message with the link, so can be accessed via the website itself and is a www.match.com/etc... site.
TopCashBack is offering£54.54 back on a 6 month subscription, and does not seem to mention "cannot be used in conjunction with other offers" or the like. Does this really mean I could end up paying £54.56-54.54 = 2p for a 6 month subscription, or is it more likely that I won't be able to use the 30% discount with the cash back?
Thanks!0 -
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your messages!
@Georgiegirl256 if you are shopping directly with Aviva via Top Cashback then this will affect your cashback eligibility. Aviva state that to be awarded cashback you need to generate a brand new quote after clicking through from your Top Cashback account. Using a previously saved quote, not originally obtained via Top Cashback, will not be eligible for cashback. If you would prefer to buy insurance using our comparison tool you can save quotes on this and still be eligible for cashback.
@AmyL unfortunately you wouldn't be eligible for cashback if you use the Match.com 30% off deal. We state in our merchant notes for Match.com that the use of a Match.com promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by Top Cashback may affect your eligibility for cashback. I can see that you've mentioned that you have a Match.com profile already; unfortunately this also means that you wouldn't be eligible for cashback, even if you are currently just using a free profile and are not subscribed.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
Have a lovely evening.

I have confirmed a cash back transaction with an estimated payment date of 9 weeks. It's now been double that (18 weeks) come Monday.
Can't claim as it's over 100 days, would you advise putting in a support ticket?0 -

Has anyone had cash back paid into a love2shop e card ? I thought it would be easy to use but can't find a retailer to accept it ,is it to be used online only????
Are there two different cards then?
I have had cashback paid to on a love2shop card and used it to pay for my shopping in Iceland.
Remember you must have enough on the card to pay the full amount you cannot pay part card and part cash.0
