    Hi yellow44,

Thanks for your post. Your Santander cashback transaction should uplift after the 60 day validation period; it might not uplift immediately after but it should be around this time.

Please don't worry about the 100 day limit for lodging claims... if it does come to you needing to lodge a Missing Cashback claim you can just e-mail in to MSE@topcashback.co.uk or send us a Support Ticket in and we'll be more than happy to over-ride the limit for you.

Hopefully you'll see it uplift over the next few weeks though :)

Please let me know if you have any more questions! Have a lovely evening.

    Best wishes,

    Jessica

    Hi Jessica,

For my Tombola cashback, it says £10.10 in the Pending column but £0.00 under Confirmed. Is this a problem and do I need to submit a claim?

    Many thanks.

    Hi there HeisenbergII,

I've had a look at Tombola as a merchant and it looks as though they track their cashback as two transactions in your account; one at £0.00 to represent your Tombola account being opened and a second at the expected cashback rate which is added when you place a bet.

To view this for yourself, if you visit your 'Earnings' > 'cashback by date' you should see that these two transactions show separately. The 'cashback by merchant' screen can be a little confusing as it shows all transactions for a merchant in a row, which is why you have 'pending' and 'confirmed' cashback sat side-by-side.

I hope this information is helpful :) Let me know if you have any more questions.

    Have a lovely day.

I booked airport parking and hotel through Holiday Extras on 21st February expecting £16.83 cashback but it failed to track. I raised a missing cashback claim which was submitted on the 22nd February but nothing is showing on my account yet. We used the hotel and parking. This supplier is showing as a faster payment so could you have a look at this for me please?
    Thanks

booked 2 different hotels on different days, one via Quidco and other via TCB booked via Thomas Cook (hotel only). I got the Quidco and TCB prompt on each time saying that CB will be recorded, more than a few days later - no tracking on either.
Is thomas cook actually track anywhere??

I paid in full using credit card, rooms are non refundable, travelling this month.

    Hi everyone,

I hope you're all well this afternoon.

@Mrs Mum99 I'm sorry to hear that your Holiday Extras transaction didn't track. Claims by their nature can be quite lengthily processes so your continued patience here is really appreciated. After being submitted to the affiliate network that hosts Holiday Extras your claim can sometimes take up to 4 months to be resolved. If you could e-mail in to MSE@topcashback.co.uk I'll be more than happy to take a look into your claim on an individual level and advise further; I'll hopefully be able to prompt our Claims Team to update you on it's progress.

@mutley74 I've checked our statistics for Thomas Cook and it looks like the majority of transactions are tracking fine so I'm sorry to hear that yours hasn't tracked. Sometimes transactions can unfortunately fail to track but we do have our Missing Cashback claiming process in place so that we can do our best to help our members recover their cashback. If you'd like me to take a look at your Top Cashback account then please e-mail in to MSE@topcashback.co.uk. Hopefully I'll be able to assist you in lodging a Missing Cashback claim for this transaction.

I hope this information is helpful! I look forward to hearing from you both should you choose to e-mail in.

    Have a lovely evening everyone.

    Take care for now,

    Jessica

Just wanted to remond everyone about this for topcashback, worth remembering ....

Remember, simply sign-in at least every 6 months to ensure your account is not marked as 'dormant'.

    Hi CHRISSYG,

Your Love2shop card should be accepted in high street stores as well as online. I'll pop a link below to the stores that accept this payment method:

    http://www.flexecash.com/flexecash/love2shop/retailers.htm

Have you tried to use it any of these stores? If so let me know and I'll happily advise further :)

I hope this helps! If you have any more questions then feel free to write back.

    Have a lovely day.

Hi hoping someone can help me. I posted back on 04/04/13 regarding a missing Churchill cashback I had been chasing for about 8 months. John from TCB resolved the issue within a few days and the cashback was moved in my account to confirmed. It is still not available for payment yet.... can you advise what the hold up is on this?... I think John had said it was ready to be paid when he dealt with things in April.

    Thanks
