    Hi
    Today i submitted a claim through snap and save on TCB. I purchased a six pack of mullercorner yoghurts expecting to receive £1.00 cashback. The cashback has been declined. I want to lodge a missing cashback claim,but when it asks to choose a merchant, snap and save is not listed.How do i lodge a claim.Many thanks

    whats the longest everyone has waited for a payment?

    anyone beat 11months? i have one from 11/6/12 and another from 9/10/12. :mad: both from hotel bookings. I have sent frequent nudges and all I get back is we are waiting for the merchant grrrr

    I really seem to have a real hit and miss record with them. Some are within an hour and others just disappear into the ether somehow and are never seen again. normally the free ones that they say they wont investigate. :mad::mad:

    I'm not sure if I will be able to get you any more information on your claims, but I will be happy to take a look for you if you email [EMAIL="mse@topcashback.co.uk"]mse@topcashback.co.uk[/EMAIL].

    Do you find that you have a lot of untracked transactions, or are these declined/incorrectly reported? Although problems do occur from time to time and the tracking process is reasonably complicated, the majority of transactions should track and progress without any problems and I may be able to help you here.

    Regarding cashback transactions where you are unable to submit a claim, this is because the merchant won't accept the claim.

    Churchill Insurance

    I took out a motor insurance policy with Churchill on 13th July 2012 to take advantage of the promised £50.50 cashback. It shows on my account as “Confirmed” but after over 9 months gestation it is still not showing in the “Payable” column.

    Is this due to Churchill dragging their heels?

    I was an existing Sky customer and upgraded through Topcashback just over a year ago (3rd May 2012) to their broadband, telephone and tv package. The offer at the time was for £70.70 cashback but it only tracked at £50.50. I have sent many nudges but with no resolution as yet. Is there any chance at all that I will receive the missing £20.20 or am I wasting my time keep sending nudges...?
