    I have placed orders from groupon over the last month or so and each time I have had to raise a no tracking issue.

    So far I have had 3 orders not track and now have to request another 2 are looked at.

    Is there an issue with groupon?

    On another note why are QVC no longer giving cash back?

    @POPPYOSCAR, that's a shame. This doesn't affect all merchants so hopefully it won't cause too much inconvenience. Please keep checking back as we do hope that this problem will be fixed at some point.

    I couldn't say exactly what the issue is, but I know that it is a technical problem which is not under our control. That said, we have made the relevant people aware of the issues our members have had.

    @jdvhsully, there is not a general issue with Groupon but I suspect that this is due to browser or security settings on your PC. In the first instance, can you make sure that cookies are enabled and that you clear them prior to visiting TopCashback? Can you also use a different web browser if possible? If this doesn't help next time you purchase, can you email [EMAIL="mse@topcashback.co.uk"]mse@topcashback.co.uk[/EMAIL] and I will see if there is anything else I can suggest?

    Regarding QVC, merchants do come and go from the site, but they are continually being reviewed. I will pass this to a member of our partnerships department and let them know of your interest in this company.

    I have made a missing cashback claim and have to date sent 4 nudges over 3 months.
    My original purchase was made at the begining of December 2012 from the Apple store this has not tracked but is in my clicks to merchant section.
    I'm not sure what to do next, I hope you can help.

  • Is it normal for some sites not to track as pending straight away despite the box coming up to say they have been tracked?
    I did 4 gaming sites between 10.30-11.30pm last night- Eurogrand, William Hill bingo, Gala bingo and Caesars bingo and none have them have appeared as pending yet.
    I have done Iceland bingo tonight and it appeared as pending immediately.
    I'm a bit concerned!

    Hi John :)

    I wonder if you could help me? I purchased a cooker from Boots Kitchen Appliances the other week, and it tracked at £6 and something pence, it's now at zero and saying its been declined??

    Boots phoned me up and bamboozled me with all this extended warranty stuff, which at first I agreed to as it sounded good and something that would be of benefit to me (bear in mind, this is an added extra after the sale and not a compulsory purchase), so they sent me the paper work put, and said I had so many days to cancel it, which after reading through it and realising I didn't actually need it, I did just this.

    Mysteriously the same day or day after, my cashback has been declined :( Seems abit of a coincidence to me....and if this is the reason why it has been cancelled, well I think that's just plain wrong, I cancelled the insurance (optional extra), not the sale.
