Hi, purchased my house insurance through Directline on 20th March expecting £40 to track. Nothing showing yet. Have lodged a claim but no response yet. Anyone in same boat?0

I am sorry that this didn't track, it can take up to 12 weeks for a claim to be resolved and you wouldn't generally hear back until we do have a resolution for you. My account has been suspended because both my mother and I have an account at the same address. There is nothing in the terms and conditions to state that two different individuals living in the same address cannot have separate accounts.
I have quite a lot of cashback in the account, so I find this rather peculiar that TCB have suspended my account after accumulating so much cashback! Plus, now no-one is responding to any of my queries through email.

I took out sky fibre broadband on 12th November 2012 was suppossed to take 10 weeks but still says pending.
I also upgraded to sky movies on 16th November but that shows tracking at £0 instead of £20september wins - toshiba laptop, timotei shampoo & conditioner, mccains games, pimms picnic blanket.
