Hello.

I also have an item I bought and clicked through your site to get the cashback but no joy. I chased and chased but still no cashback and now Topcashback say the matter is closed.

This is very disappointing as the amount is £110.

The purchase was for an Orange phone contract which is 2 years and the cashback made Orange the most attractive offer. Now that the cashback is in doubt, it has made teh deal far less attractive and one which I would probably not have gone for.

Please can you look into this. I can't see any reason for it not being paid out - The cash back offer was there, I clicked through the site, I made the purchase. All of these things are evident but no cashback.

I would very much appreciate a response here before taking this further.

In the end a couple tracked, but still waiting for two to track from 21st April- Eurogrand and Caesars Bingo.
I've lodged a missing cashback claim, think thats the right thing to do?

I have a question that hopefully you can answer. On 27 Oct I took out a cashback offer with Sky for their broadband. Since then, it has been confirmed as £55.55 and was due to be paid within an estimated 10 weeks. i understand that is outside your control, but could you please find out if I will be seeing this money anytime soon? I have used all the other cashback I have received for wedding funds...and this would be useful in paying off our cake!!

@Hodgy8403 - we're currently fervently chasing up delayed Sky cashback payments from the end of 2012, including October. Your continued patience here really is greatly appreciated. I'm still waiting for £80 cashback from sky broadband too from november but mine is still pending and 1 that should have been for sky movies for £30 which has change to £0.00 and no one has answered my claim or nudges.

Hi, I am still waiting for feedback on my missing cashback claim I put in 3 months ago for a new contract I took out with Carphone Warehouse for a Samsung Galaxy Ace, the cashback was fpr £35 and I have been told a manual claim has been put in, but nothing is on my tCB ledger.
