what happens if a missing cashback claim is approved, but at a cashback higher than one i claimed for?
does the retailer give cashback to which TCB keep a proportion, but in this case, the error looks like retailer?0 -

@deutsch I've had a look into your account; I think I can see the claim that you're referring to. As this was offered to you as a manual transaction it looks like this has been an error on our part, for which I can only apologise. I'll need to speak to someone from the Claims Team about this tomorrow to confirm exactly what's happened here... are you okay for me to get back to on this thread then?

I can't log-in to my account. Am definitely using the correct details, but am getting the 'oops, failed' message. Have contacted TCB Help, but they say it may take at least 10 days for someone to look at the problem. I really need access to some Amazon vouchers that I have saved in the account

Have been waiting for existing sky customer cashback for nearly 8 months. I put through a cashback claim and was advised to get a special ticket which was automated and told me that you could not chase it.
Please could you advise

Couldn't log into my TCB account this morning so emailed TCB and have received this:
"I have taken a look at your account and unfortunately, it does appear that
this has been automatically terminated by our system as this shows
characteristics that are potentially attributable to abusive or fraudulent
activity that may contravene our Terms and conditions, due to merchant
abuse. This is in relation to your Debenhams Travel insurance transaction.

Could you please advise further as I am unaware of having done anything against TCB T&Cs.

Last November I booked a hotel through Hotels.com via Topcashback. It registered the £30 correctly, but I knew it would stay 'pending' until I stayed at the hotel. I fulfilled my obligations and stayed as per the booking. A few days later, I put in a claim for the £30 which remains 'waiting for merchant'. The £30 has now disappeared from my earnings table.
Where is it?
Why?
I have been in touch with Hotels.com with proof of my booking. Their reply was:
'Please be informed that once the check-out is complete, we inform the cashback company so that they can process the 10% cashback. In this case the merchant is the cashback company they will have to release the refund from their end as our system has registered the booking as completed.'
Is this a case of you blame them, they blame you with final result of the money just melts into the ether?0 -

@pacifica9 we have our Terms and Conditions in place to protect our members, our merchants and ourselves as a business. If these have been breached in any way then it is our prerogative to terminate the account in question. Unfortunately I can't comment on your individual case as I don't know all of the details; if you have any questions regarding the e-mail that you've received please can you kindly direct them to the Memberships Team who will be able to provide more information?
