TCB Rep, please can you find out whether anybody has actually done something regarding my outstanding claim? It relates to a purchase in March 2012, I raised a missing payment ticket shortly thereafter and subsequently a support ticket about it in June 2012, the last correspondence from TCB was in January 2013 when they said they were still investigating. Thanks I will do, I am getting very concerned on two accounts. Firstly the one above that I cant get the money from them and now also they are now not on TCB and the transaction was confirmed at £36.75 which has now changed to £0.00. I do hope that this is not a sign that TCB have removed them as they are not playing as they should.0 -

If your transaction has now moved to £0.00 we'd ask you to please lodge a Missing Cashback claim for it. Play2win are no longer offering cashback with us but they should still honour the cashback payments for transactions made when they were featured on TopCashback. I really hope this claim goes on to be successful for you!

I've put in cashback for the Almondy toblerone cake and the potatoes. The potatoes have been o'kd but not the cake.
Can't understand this, receipt clearly says Almondy and its the same one as in the picture I bought, we had it yesterday and it was delicious. I've still got the box if you want me to send you a picture!!0 -

I would just like to add that I am another mug waiting for the Lets Subscribe offer. It was the first offer that I've done through TCB and on the basis of my experience I won't be bothering to do any more. It was supposed to take 9 weeks but it's now over 4 months and not all of them tracked. I have no desire to engage with the TCB rep, I would just like to warn others to think twice before parting with their hardearned cash with a view to claiming cashback through TCB because you don't know when or even if you might see it. I think they should change their name to Bottom Cash Back.0
