    I am unable to log into my account. Have emailed and been told to wait 10 days for a response.

    I have a feeling they have closed my account too.

    Have you got more then 1 account in your household?

    if you have that could be a reason as happened to me but they did unlock them in the end.

    I booked a hotel through TCB with lastminute.com, thinking I would get good cashback. I didn't use any other codes but no sign of an email that I am getting the cashback. Could this be that I have booked the hotel in advance, in case I cancel or something? Actually chose a price whereby I can't cancel.

  • When I cash my tcb cash in for tesco points the site says this is limited to £50 per year, does this mean Jan to Dec, ie I can do it in Dec and then the following Jan or I must wait 12 months before cashing out another £50 in tesco points?

    I have been waiting months for cashback from Littlewoods and it was for an item over £1000 starting to feel i am never going to get it.
    I placed this order back in june of this year.!:(

    I went through TCB to order the Dominos lunch time offer of £9.99 cb, it tracked straightaway but has now been reduced to 45p :(
    how can I appeal?

    Tyler Durden, you can redeem Tesco Clubcard Points once in a 12 month period. This 12 months begins when you make your first payment request for a Tesco Clubcard payout. For example, if you first requested a payout in January 2013 for Tesco Clubcard points, and didn't reach the £50.00 threshold till November 2013 , you would be able to request clubcard payment again in January 2014.

    Having just got insurance with AA through T.C. 'had to phone to change some policy details 'tho used the original quote number. It hasn't tracked. I've just read something about not completing online. Can you clarify this for me. If phoning exempts a cashback I wish I'd known :( Can I still lodge a claim. The policy was actually more expensive in the end

    My daughter opened an account with you not that long ago.

    It is all very new to her so I am trying to help her.

    She bought some clothes from The Hut, She made two transactions which tracked fine. She tells me that the cash back has now gone right down. She does not remember the exact amounts but she thinks they have halved.


    What should she do please?
