Cashback offered/advertised - discount off goods to induce sale/purchase.

Date of purchase? How much did you spend, What discount off the purchase did Argos offer you via TCB exclusive cashback offer and thus reasonably expected.

How much discount/cashback have you received?

You have currently been shortchanged ( not received full cashback/discount off goods) by how much?

    Hi Everyone,

We're just about above the midweek 'hump' ! Hope everyone is have a good one!

@youngretired - If you can drop me an email to mse@topcashback.co.uk I will do my best to check up on this issue for you and provide you with the best update I can.

We only provide estimates and averages for all merchants. Recipients of the cashback (therefore TopCashback and other cashback sites) don't have payment deadlines and so it would be wrong of us to provide anything other than real averages based on historic data. The cashback network sends invoices and therefore they have to be the ones to chase up payment, we however do what we can to ensure this is done.

@mamabuddah - We'll only say this when we truly are looking into a matter. There's no point in us making false promises to members and will continue to look into matters as much as we can.

    I hope this helps everyone.

    Best wishes,
    Matt

  • Although I have had some good experiences with toipcashback in the past, the last two payouts have been a nightmare.

In one case, the payout in the form of a M&S gift card never arrived.

In the second case, the payment in the form of amazon gift card didn’t work (the number was not recognised as valid by amazon).

Topcashback do not give a phone number to call, but ask that you raise support tickets for queries. They claim to try and answer these support tickets within 24 hours.

I have been waiting 3 days, and am wondering how much longer before topcashback take any notice. Do these support tickets ever get answered ?

It is incredibly annoying to have no way of contacting topcashback and dealing with someone who can sort a problem out.

    Hi everyone!

@gwynethb - In regards to M&S, the provider of our GiftCards is having issues getting these to us but they are working on this and we are also chasing this up extremely regularly to ensure they are working as fast as they can to resolve the matter. Your Amazon Gift Card issue does sound isolated however. The team are extremely busy at the moment and so it is taking them a few extra days to reply but I can assure you everyone will be replied to. We can see where your ticket is in our system and see if we can help if you could email mse@topcashback.co.uk

@mamabuddah - Unlike your claim the payout and general queries system is very different. We can bring answers and help to members through this system as we often are able to answer these ourselves, unlike claims where we don't make the decisions.

    I hope this helps everyone.

    Best wishes,
    Matt

    Hi there!

@mamabuddah- The nudge system does register on your Missing Cashback Claim and can then be used by the team to alert them to the fact that this has been completed. We use it to help us to identify where to focus our attentions, but we do not respond to nudges as a message. If you would like a more indepth reply then we would ask you to post a message on your claim thread to request this.

    I hope this helps.

    Many thanks,
    Katie

    Hi TCB,

TopCashBack are offering some great deals on Virgin Media bundles at the moment.

If I click through, the VM site allows me to tweak the bundle to my choice. My question is - if I do this, do I still qualify for cashback? Or is the cashback only for the very specific packages exactly as detailed on the TCB site?

My specific example is to click through on this package from TCB:
£231 cashback on "Big Kahuna Bundle with up to 200Mb optical fibre, 230+ channels and phone, £42 a month for first 12 months and £55 a month thereafter."

The changes I want to make is to change broadband to 100Mb instead of 200Mb and change Tivo from 500GB to 1TB.

    Thanks in advance,

I can here to post the same thing - the new layout is stupid design, there is no longer a transaction overview just a list than spans several pages.

Please put this back to how it was, or at least give us an option to opt into this.

I know that I am late in commenting having just returned from holiday but the new earnings page layout is a complete mess.
This was the simplest method of seeing exactly where everything stood and the info is now buried in pages of transactions.
This was a major plus for TCB over Quidco as their pages are similar to the new layout.
How on earth can anybody at TCB think this is an improvement??
If you are prepared to listen to your customers please provide an option to view as previously and lock your designer in a dark cupboard!!

My transactions have always Tracked but BODYSHOP has on the two occasions I've gone through TCB tracked but not then shown as Pending never mind anything else.

TCB did reply and suggested I fill in their missing cashback form but it requires too much detail that I have to glean so I haven't bothered.

Wonder what's up with Bodyshop through TCB though?:(

As for Co-op I'm awaiting a payment this week, estimate 29 weeks! Fingers crossed, been at Confirmed for months.

Although I've had some frustrations with TCB so far ALL my tracked transactions have paid out from all merchants :T (except Bodyshop, I'll not bother with them again).
